You can get a lot of postpartum things on subscribe and save on amazon. I’ve added some things to my monthly subscriptions and will cancel after they come in (pads, tucks pads)
my bff had an FET this month and she did her bloodwork today she’s pregnant and I’m SOOOO excited for them!! I have a feeling it’s a girl which is even more exciting!
@wednesdaygirl1019 glad to know it's not totally wild to be thinking of this now. I haven't watched many YouTube videos but that's a good idea for the weekend 😊
Good luck painting the room! What color are you thinking?
@wishesshecouldcook it’s such a weird thing. My daughter has gone almost every day also but u/s showed tons of backup! She was just at the doctor this week and he could feel it. So we are changing up what and how much she takes. Her next u/s is July and I’m hoping it clears!
eta. Congrats to your friend!

I've been up since 6am and couldn't fall back asleep - I was starving! I usually sleep a bit later on the weekends to catch up from the workweek, plus I stayed up late booking a grocery delivery slot for my parents. I got out of bed and ate a slice of cold pizza at 7am... and I have no regerts 🤣
I forgot to include in my checkin my rave for the week... baby girl is moving around so much more (yay!) and hubs finally got to feel her! I had eaten oreos and milk and she loved that... she was having a party in there. ❤

Such a fun moment! @ziggymama06 only more to come from here on out! How did your venture out to the baby store(s) go?
Happy Sunday Funday!!! What's everyone up to today?
We have a rainy one; kielbasa and Dutch oven bread are on the agenda, as well as spaghetti and meatballs for dinner, and All the Laundry. Lol. Still a lot of organizing to do since our big room overhaul, but I will just putz away at that till Monday at least. Hope everyone has a relaxing day! ❤️❤️❤️
@laur84ns Girl, I've been using Amara Organics vitamin c moisturizer for years, and it's the only one I've ever found that I genuinely love. It has a nice thicker consistency and doesn't make me feel oilier and greasier than when I started. It's about $20 on Amazon, but lasts me quite awhile. Thought you might be interested!
@ziggymama06 Oreos and milk are my kryptonite. If I don't have a package in my pantry, it is a crisis. In fact, I told DH last grocery trip that if he came back without them, I was starting a riot.
@BusinessWife Another rainy one for us, too. Your kielbasa, bread, and spaghetti meal plans sound absolutely heavenly. We're still working through leftovers over here: pot roast, chili, and carnitas. DS and I made chocolate muffins yesterday. They turned out a bit dry for my taste, but it was something for us to do together on a gloomy day. I also have three massive baskets of laundry to fold. Ugh. The bane of my existence.
@wednesdaygirl1019 That book is crazy haha. I’d say for 95% of us, packing a hospital bag at 36 weeks should be sufficient. I packed my hospital bag at 40 weeks last time The thing is, most of the stuff in it is stuff you’re going and use daily up until baby comes (comfy pjs, extra clothes, toothbrush, phone charger) unless you want to buy all new extra stuff for your bag?! Since this is my third I maaaay stretch and pack around 35 weeks but we’ll see
@charhar0820@ziggymama06@rivercitynik the Sephora Canada site is saying to expect long delays for delivery! I needed to pick up a prescription and get an iron supplement so ended up just venturing out to the drug store to buy my own moisturizer plus I needed concealer too (well, considering I never leave the house, NEED is a bit of a stretch).
@lachnessmomster Oh shoot, I only saw this after venturing out to the drug store. I will have to try that stuff next!! I’m in Canada, hopefully it’s available on Amazon for me! Thanks for the tip!!
Hey everyone! I couldn’t find the community on the updated app and finally whipped out my laptop to figure it out (thanks to those who posted how to do it!). Of course now I have a week’s worth of catching up to do! We are having a lazy Sunday but it’s absolutely gorgeous outside. Going to try to squeeze in another walk this afternoon.
@BusinessWife Spaghetti here tonight too! Well, leftover turkey spaghetti from a couple days ago.
Today is the last sun we’re getting until Friday, so we’ve been getting some yard work in. Poor husband has been trying to remove a fern I wanted gone last year. It’s not going well, haha.
@BusinessWife@viola_mama This home is tapping into the spaghetti tonight to. I threw together a red sauce, my husband grilled up some chicken and chopped a salad... we mutually agreed that the Italian loaf was clearly subconsciously bought to be turned into garlic bread. Our apartment smells like the happiest place on earth.
It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve requested the PG and I sent multiple emails to TB at both the help and support email addresses and no one responds. I have such a love-hate relationship with this site.
It seems like it's raining everywhere @BusinessWife , it's been pouring here all day! Definitely a pasta kind of night too; I made lactose free baked ziti and salad!
@roo_baby that's frustrating! I was just wondering this morning if there was an update on the PG...thanks for working on this for us
I've been inspired by the group and am going to make lasagna tomorrow! Tonight I treated myself to take-out sushi 😋 I had been craving it for a few days and made a big brunch this am so didn't really feel like cooking tonight. I didn't get any rolls with raw fish, but tbh if I had been craving one like that I would probably have ordered it.
OOOO Baked spaghetti... you make a box of spaghetti and in a glass baking dish you mix in a raw egg cover that in ricotta cheese cover that in Italian shredded cheese blend then add a layer of fried ground beef mixed in marinara sauce and then another layer of Italian cheese blend and bake it for 25-30 minutes... Its amazing and cheese-y and you can also turn it into a freezer meal by just freezing before baking. I plan to make a few for PP
@viola_mama DH is (pretty severely) lactose intolerant, but he can have some dairy if it is processed the right way. To replace the ricotta; I blend tofu with a bit of yogurt (most yogurt is lactose free) and some shredded cheese (Cabot cheddar cheeses say they are lactose free on the package, so I feel safe with those). I usually just eyeball it so I don't have exact measurements (this blend also works well in lasagna or stuffed shells). For the top I use more shredded cheddar or some real parmesan (very aged, dry cheese tends to be lactose-friendly). Before we found "real" cheese he could eat, we used Follow Your Heart vegan or Daiya (you can do the tofu "ricotta" with vegan shreds as well and it's pretty good), if you're looking for something of the non-dairy variety.
