  • Month/Cycle: 5/5

    CD/DPO: 23/7?

    Timing: -3, -2, O, +1

    Typical LP length: 12ish

    Testing: WFAF

R/R: I was happy to see my temps go up a little more this morning! They were a little low compared to previous LP temps and I was not loving it. Hopefully they stay up! This chart is also such a mess, and I keep having to remind myself that I don’t think I’m actually 7dpo. In other news, I’ve been working out like crazy and am planning to do some yoga today. I’m so excited to give my muscles a little bit of recovery haha!

    CS/Q:

  • Month/Cycle: 23/17/7 (AL#2)

    CD/DPO: 33

    Timing: Wasn’t good enough.

    Typical LP length: 15-16

    Testing: BFN’s yesterday and today.

R/R: The negative hit me pretty hard yesterday, but I’m doing better today. Just looking forward to the weekend...because hanging out at home and not working sounds quite nice right now! Hope you all are having a great day so far!

    CS/Q: None, stopped tracking early.

@runningoncookies you have a nice rise going on there, fingers crossed for you!! Enjoy your “rest” day with some yoga!!

  • Month/Cycle: 6/4(AL)

    CD/DPO: 30/12

    Timing: -5(x2), -4, -2, -1, 0

Typical LP Length: Usually 10 days

    Testing: WFAF

R/R: Well, I'm still here. Had some mild cramping on and off yesterday but AF didn't show up like it was supposed to. Weird. She was 3 days early last cycle so maybe she will show up 3 days late this month or today 🤷‍♀️ I'll just continue to wait. I would be surprised if she didn't show up today. Temps have gone up way more today and I had such a weird day yesterday at work. I was sitting at my desk and went to go blow my nose and then randomly out of nowhere it starting bleeding. Not bad or anything just slight blood. Thought that was kinda weird and all afternoon I was soooo clumsy. Like I couldn't do or hold anything without dropping it or bumping it off the table etc etc. I was a hot mess lol

    CS/Q: Nothing right now.

@bluetickgal sorry for your BFN's my friend. Sending you lots of hugs 💕 I'm sorry that it hit you really hard yesterday. I'm looking forward to the weekend too.

@runningoncookies I'm glad your happy your temps have gone up. that's good
Your chart is looking great so far. FX for you. Seems hopeful. I hope you enjoy your yoga. That will be fun and relaxing.

  • @runningoncookies Yay for higher temps! Just remember that temperature shifts can fluctuate from cycle to cycle. It's totally normal. I hope you enjoy your yoga! I might see if any of my friends are doing an online class sometime soon. I think it's definitely time to dust off the mat.
@bluetickgal So sorry about your BFNs. Go easy on yourself and try to get in some good self-care.
@mindyb2019 Do you have a testing day in mind? I don't blame you at all for holding off. I really hope this is it for you! Has the weather there been dry lately? I usually get slight bloody noses if it's super dry.

    Month/Cycle: 5/5 (3 unbenched)
    CD/DPO: 21/4
    Timing: -3, -1, 0
    Typical LP length: 14 days
    Testing: WFAF
R/R: I'm going to try jumping back into the dailies on a more regular basis. I checked in last weekend. They've been really overwhelming for me lately. My grad school classes this term are really starting to get to me with everything going on right now, and my program has been adding on additional web seminars on the impact to mental health that everything is taking right now. In one of my class discussion board posts really early on in the term, I mentioned that I hit a major burnout wall and I'm still recovering from that. The last few days I've had a couple good cries about everything. I haven't been sleeping well, but I have been super productive with my coursework so that's nice. I'm really just trying to focus on my own sanity and mental health right now.
    CS/Q: Nope

@ashaislurking yes the weather has been really dry here lately. So my nose could just be dry your right. That’s probably it. Umm, I don’t really have a testing day in mind. I’m kinda scared to test to be honest. I had my BFN at 10 dpo and I really don’t want to test and see another one as it makes me sooo sad. I hate seeing negatives. I think I’m just going to hold off as long as I can just in case my cycle is wonky this month and AF is just late. If AF still doesn’t come by this weekend I’ll suck it up and take a test lol. I’m glad your back in the dailies. I’m sorry your grad school classes are starting to get to you this term. It’s good to cry and let everything all out. I have those too.  Take care of your mental health.
  • @mindyb2019 I definitely get wonky cycles. I psych myself out when my LPs aren't right on target. Getting BFNs can definitely be challenging and I don't blame you at all for not wanting to see one. Hang in there!

  • @mindyb2019 thanks friend!! Everything sounds promising for you...but I understand the fear and possible sadness that comes with testing again! At the very least, your LP has lengthened this cycle...so that’s great! I hope AF stays away though and you get amazing news over the weekend!
@ashaislurking thanks lady! The dailies can be very overwhelming at times...and it sounds like you have a lot on your plate otherwise! Sending hugs & positive vibes your way! 💜 You have to do what’s best for you, and your physical/mental health definitely takes priority! Hope you can start sleeping better soon, but still keep up the productivity with your course work!
  • @bluetickgal sorry for the BFNs. I’m glad you’re feeling a little better today.

@mindyb2019 everything really does sound good for you! 10dpo May have been a little early to test, although I completely understand now wanting to hold out as long as possible. You have some serious willpower!!

@ashaislurking I’m glad you’re prioritizing your mental health! It’s so, so important!!
  • @bluetickgal and @runningoncookies Thanks so much! It's been a consistent struggle for me the last few weeks trying to adjust to a new normal. My professors have been stressing self-care and have even given HUGE extensions on assignment deadlines for those of us who are struggling to keep our heads above water. I personally had some of my discussion board response deadlines extended by about a week and a half when I first hit burnout this semester. I just sent an email to my undergraduate faculty advisor, who has always been an excellent mentor and friend for me. Checking in with him really helped me relax and refocus. He's excited to possibly have me come back to my old campus next year with some other alumni of the program to talk to some of the new undergraduate students about grad school and career options in psychology. That's pretty damn motivating.
