I made these meat loaves tonight (with beef instead of turkey because it's what I had) and they were great. I'm pretty sure you could safely sub in any combination of veggies you have in your fridge. They were great!
I started cooking on a cast iron skillet this week. So far, ground beef with spinach, bacon & scrambled eggs, lots of chicken, and even buttermilk pancakes!
