Hi everyone, New to the group! I got my BFP a few weeks ago with a due date on December 10th.
It’s been a rough start to the first trimester and I had some spotting a couple of weeks ago and on/off since then. Happily, we got a follow up ultrasound this week and saw our little bean with a strong heartbeat!
We also saw what was either an SCH or a second empty sac which was causing the bleeding, so it’s lots of bed rest for me. I’ve also had some tough morning sickness but I’m hanging in there waiting to get through these tough weeks.
If anyone else is dealing with spotting or an SCH, I’d be happy to chat through and offer some support!
It's nice to meet everyone 😊 this is my 2nd pregnancy with DD just turning 1 mid March. It was a surprise when we found out about #2 with my periods being irregular due to breastfeeding still, but it's exciting. My EDF is December 3rd by ultrasound so I'm nervous about having 2 under 2, but it will be an adventure!
Hello, 3rd time mom here. EDD is 12/12/2020, but possibly a week earlier or later, won't know more until viability scan on 5/4. I have a nearly 3 yo DD (J17), and a just turned 1 yo DS (M19) - 21 months apart seems to be our age gap. I am so late joining because I had what I thought was a light period back on 3/28. Since my cycle just returned at 11 mo pp, it has been long (35-42 days) and not consistent for my charts to be easy to read. But, after trying this month and getting 5 positive OPKs (weird) I took a PG test, and now I'm here. After reading all the previous posts, you gals seem like a lovely group, and I look forward to a h&h 9 months with you all.
Hello everyone! I'm excited to be here and still a bit in shock. I found out a week ago we are pregnant with baby #4!! Long story short we tried for 4 years before we did IVF/frozen transfer with my DS who is now 5.5, and then another frozen transfer with my daughter who is 4, my 3rd (ds) who is 2.5 was a natural surprise, and this one was also natural and planned, so we are feeling pretty blessed and shocked!
My EDD is 12/21 I believe, which would make me 5w6d. I have my first appointment Tues and am anxiously awaiting my first US. I'm a major worrier so the beginning is always agony. Congrats to everyone here!
Hello all! I am 6w1d (approximately) and if all goes well I will be a FTM. I currently feel like I'm dealing with a mix of emotions that all come together and end up leaving me feeling pretty numb. My husband and I were not meaning to get pregnant and I was so confident I wasn't ovulating but, SURPRISE (hubby is extremely excited and supportive though). It's hard because I didn't feel I was "ready" but, does anyone ever feel fully ready? It's a constant feeling of fear and unknown while also feeling extremely opportunistic. I found out only about a week ago so I'm still processing. I'm just a huge control freak and planner and have a high amount of anxiety with it all but the more time I have to process I find myself feeling more comfortable. 😊 I'm glad to have this community to connect with others as I'm oblivious of what to expect and really want to keep this news close until I'm further along. The only people that know are my best friend and my husband so I'm glad I have people to be open with here.
Hi everyone! New here, and recently found out that we are expecting baby number 3. I have a 3yo and a 1yo, and estimated due date is 12/21 based on LMP. Congratulations to all!
Hey there! I'm 34. This is my 6th baby. I have a 14 yr old daughter and 4 boys 12,9,4,and 2. This baby was a surprise but excited to be her one last time! Tommorrow is my first ultrasound 7w 3d.
Hi everyone, and congrats! This is baby #4 for me, due Dec 25 2020. I have a 9,4 and 3 year old now. Last year I had a miscarriage (blighted ovum) and found out around 8/9 weeks in. I haven't made my first appointment yet and not knowing if everything is going well this time is driving me a little bonkers lol. I haven't told any of my friends/family because of this, so you guys are officially the first people to know (along with my husband of course) This baby was a surprise, we were "done" after 3, but I am actually very excited to have on last baby
Hi! Pregnant with baby #3, due 12/12. I have a 5 year old son and daughter who is 21 months. I only lurked on the bmbs during their pregnancies but hopefully will be braver this time!
I got my BFP on 4/10 and my EDD is 12/21. I have a 13 year old son, 8 year old daughter, and an 8 year old stepson. I was on Baby Bump in the Feb 2012 group. We ended up making a FB group and some of those women have turned in to lifelong friends of mine. I was a bridesmaid in one of their weddings and another was my wedding photographer! I’m excited to be a part of this group and would love to create some new lifelong friendships in this group, as well!
I’m also 33 and am much more anxious this go around and am feeling so much more paranoid.. anyone experiencing this?
Hey everyone! First of all congrats to all! My name is Nicole and this is mine and my SO's third baby. We have a 3.5 year old son and a 1.5 year old daughter and he has three grown kids from his previous marriage. I am 7w1d and due Dec 15th. I was on The bump for O16 and O18 and looking forward to being here again.
Hello everyone! I found out I was pregnant on April 11 and I have been lurking since then. I am 6w2d and due Dec 21st. DH and I were mentally preparing ourselves to start investigating our fertility issues once the COVID restrictions were lifted when we found out we were pregnant. I had 2 early MC back in 2014 and we ended up taking a break for several years before starting to try again this past fall. This is the farthest we have made it in any pregnancy, so we are cautiously becoming more optimistic each day. I had a confirmation appointment last week and have an ultrasound scheduled for next week to check on baby.
Hi! My EDD is Dec 31, so I'm the end of the end of the month! I'm a teacher with 3 kiddos (8, 6, 2), so my house is an absolute circus right now. I've had two losses in the last year, but bloodwork has been good so far, so I'm hopeful it will go well!
Hi! My EDD is 12/22, and this will be baby #4. I have a 6yo boy, a 5yo girl and a 2yo girl. We are so excited to add one more little one to complete our family! I’m turning 40 this summer, so the clock was definitely ticking on this one! Looking forward to getting to know you all.
Hi! H and I are likely due Dec. 26. This is our 4th pregnancy, none previously exceeding 9 weeks. We're obviously nervous, but a couple years ago I was diagnosed with a septate uterus and had successful surgery shortly after. We took a break TTC and got back on that wagon a couple months ago. I'm feeling cautiously optimistic.
I had my first blood draw today and my first appointment will be at 8 weeks.
Hey! I am going to be a FTM and looking at giving birth on my birthday! 12/15. My mom is hoping it'll be a little earlier to land on hers 12/9. I'm excited and scared.
I have a ton of support from my family and my boyfriend's family I couldn't be any luckier. I'm 7 weeks and some change in though I haven't had my first appointment yet, dealing with the VA is a headache and honestly the scariest part.
Hello everyone. I'm 7 wks and 1 day, my EDD is 12/20 but I'm having a c/s so baby's gonna be here before that. This is my 3rd pregnancy, but I lost the first 2 babies at 18 and 16 wks-my angels. So I'm praying that this rainbow baby makes it through. Congrats to us all!
Hi everyone! I was posting in the November group but after my ultrasound it looks like my due date is December 3. This is baby #4, but my other 3 kids (almost 6-year-old boy and 4-year-old b/g twins) are all from gestational surrogacy. This is a huge surprise and we are extremely excited to say the least but incredibly nervous. Look forward to meeting you all!
@KateBee due date twin!! I will likely have a c-section earlier due to multiple pregnancy but I have been waiting to see someone due the same day!!! Congrats!!!
Hello everyone! I am 7 weeks with my first and I'm looking forward to my dating ultrasound next week. I'm glad my friend told me about this community today - it's lonely being pregnant during COVID especially!! Glad to be part of the group.
My estimated due date is also Dec 22! I laughed when I found out because my birthday is Dec 31 and I've always hated having a holiday birthday. But I will make sure my baby feels extra special!!
@alina_yyc you know everyone outside of my family made having a birthday near the holidays suck BUT my immediate family always made sure my birthday was still special! Congratulations
Hello, I'm a 3rd time mom with a 19 year old and 2 year old (girls) and my estimated due date is dec 26th although I have a dating ultrasound tomorrow. Feeling very left out being pregnant during COVID while all of my friends (and hubby) are drinking and smoking and enjoying time at home and I can't partake. Anyways glad there is a community here to turn to.
Hello! I'm a 3rd time mom with 2 boys age 2 and 1. I got my BFP on April 2 and am 9 weeks 5 days today due Dec. 4. I'm excited to follow along everyone's journey on here!

Hi everyone! I'm so pleased to be here. I just had my dating ultrasound with my RE so feel confident enough to at least intro. I'm 6wk 3 days with a single. Mom to B/G twins, they are 2.5.
I had a loss at 9 weeks last fall after a frozen embryo transfer. Surprised to find my self pregnant naturally for the first time ever at 41.
My parents had my brother while using birth control, had me while using condoms and got pregnant a third time a week after my dads vasectomy because the doctor forgot to tell my parents he could still possibly have kids for two weeks after. It happens.
Re: Hi everyone!
Feel free to check out the other threads for where to post about symptoms/concerns/etc.
