6 weeks pregnant no energy, not even able to get out of bed in the morning, ive missed 2 days of work already. Anyone else dealing with this? How do you cope?
When I was at 6 weeks, I had to keep reminding myself that a body in motion tends to stay in motion, which helped me get moving in the morning and to get exercise. And you're allowed to consume up to 200mg of caffeine per day, so if that's something you were used to having before pregnancy you can still have it, just limit it to 1-2 cups of coffee or 2-4 cups of tea per day. That helped me keep my sanity, because I was definitely a coffee drinker pre-pregnancy.
I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and I'm in the same boat. I have 2 other littles but all day I just feel like I have to sit down even doing the smallest task. I nap and sleep well and still feel like I'm a zombie. I have never experienced this with my other 2 .. it's been this way for over a week or more. This symptom alone is causing me stress.
I'm having the same issue, I normally am basically an insomniac, literally sleeping between 4 to 6 hours. Now I'm getting about 14- 16 hours a day. I don't know what to do with myself. I basically wake up drink tea, milk and water, eat as much as I can without getting sick and go back to bed. I try to take smaller walks during the day but ya. It's intense
