Progesterone (cyclogest) pessaries and spotting

Hi all, sorry for the TMI but I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with this. I'm on 200mg twice a day cyclogest pessaries to avoid miscarriage. I've had a wee bit of brown discharge / spotting. It's happening now and happened for a couple hours on Sunday around 1am. I'm wondering if the pessaries could be just irritating the area and causing some light bleeding or if this sounds like risk of miscarriage. edit: I should also mention, I have had zero pain either time. No cramping beyond the normal and no backaches etc. I'm 5w4d today. My first appointment isn't til April 8th and that feels like a lifetime from now.

Hi! I absolutely know how frustrating these meds are!! A bit of spotting is normal! Keep an eye out! These meds give me abdominal cramps I hate them....I never worry and now I worry all the time but it’s always shortly around taking these pills !

I'm on it for the first time ever.  Same exact dosage.  My dr and pharmacist both told me brown spotting is very normal.  I know brown is just old tissue sluff off.  Its the genuine red bleeding and cramping that are signs of miscarriage. (I've had 3 myself) I'd say everything is perfectly fine
