Soooo.... I will probably have. TLC film crew in my house in a couple of weeks. 😬 Do any of you watch the TLC show sMothered? MH’s best friend (best man at our wedding) is on the show - Jason who dates Angelica - and they are flying out to our town to take a cruise so they will be staying with us for a few days while filming. MH and I already watched a lot of those kinds of shows - our favorites are Married at First Sight and 90 day Fiancé. So when we found out his friend was going to be on a TLC reality show we lost our minds! Lmao. And now we are suddenly involved. 🤣

@krystrist2014 I haven't seen it but that's awesome!! MH's employee, Will, was on Married at First Sight last season... it didn't end well for him haha

@kpearse99 omg!!! Will?!? Is that the guy with the beard and he wanted the woman to lie about the fact that they did actually have sex?!?!? Because I had alllllll kinds of theories and thoughts on that guy!! Lol. And it’s crazy because I spend so much time then wondering how much of it was real and how much was just for TV or was just dramatized for TV. Which is the main reason that Inwas excited for MHs friend to be on a show because I really want to know how much of “reality” television is actually reality. Haha
ETA - jk.... just realized the guy I was thinking of was actually Luke 🤣

Thanks for all the travel tips, ladies! I am definitely looking at Niagara on the Lake. Winery tours sound right up my alley! (BUT FX I will be KU by summer and won't be able to partake in the wine drinking. )

@krystrist2014 hahaha Will did/does have a beard. His Wife's name was Jasmine, I believe they divorced and I think he had weird views of what a "wife" should be.... or maybe it was her and her views on what a "wife" should be. I think, if I remember correctly from what I heard (I didn't watch it because we don't have live TV and it wasn't on HULU) she expected him to do everything and be the bread-winner so she could stay home and just shop all day. Something like that... anyway, from what I heard from the people that worked with him he really didn't have much of a personality... who knows!

I was actually on a reality show on The Food Network a few years back when I worked as a Culinary Manager at a theme park. It was called Dinner Impossible so I got to work with Chef Robert Irvine. Not sure if you've ever seen the show but the show makes him out to be this really mean and intense chef/guy so I was so nervous to meet him and work with him but off camera he was super cool, friendly and chill! After a camera take of him yelling at us he would look at us and say "Was that good? Was it believable that I was really angry?!" So a lot of reality TV is staged, but it's still fun to be apart of it!

@inthewoods23 Yup!! A friend of mine dates Christina Wilson from Hells Kitchen (the winner of season 4, I think, and she's still on Hells Kitchen now) she she said that he's so awesome!! I would LOVE to meet Gordon!!!

@keikilove Same. It took everything in my power to not include a snarky comment about her obvious BFNs and not to update us about this cycle. And the response was equally irritating. Yes, TB has changed, Peggy of the 3 whole posts. 🙄

Although in hindsight, I think her "I should know better" about testing was because of how many pregnancies she has had, BUT her comment about how TB has changed is even more hilarious because one of the posts she made literally has commenters going "who are you again?"

@kpearse99 that is so cool! I definitely used to watch Restaurant impossible back when it first started! And I know which guy you’re talking about now! Jasmine wanted to not have to split bills 50/50 but then she did want him to split the house work 50/50 and it was actually kind of annoying! lol. It’s like either you want to be 50/50 partners or not! Decide.

Re: your question, my good friend had her period every two weeks for awhile—like a year. She finally went to the gyno & they resolved it, but I’m not sure how. My first guess would be through birth control pills. Sorry that’s not much help to you! But very likely, only a doctor can assist you with this. Good luck!!

@krystrist2014  I definitely watch most of those TLC shows!  It seems kind of crazy/amazing that you might end up being on one of them!

@kpearse99   I'm a little jealous that you got to be on a show on the Food Network!  DH always says that I should be on the show "Worst Cooks in America" on Food Network.  I actually fully agree with him; I can't cook.
