  • @tyrion_ omg that is sooo cute. I LOVE it 😍 good job.
  • Made some more salsa!
Tomatoes from my garden, yes, but I also added 4 banana peppers and 2 sweet italian peppers from my garden this time!
I roasted 2/3 of the tomatoes (I had like 5 of them - heirloom), half the onions (1 onion), all the jalapenos (2 whole - kept seeds in to make spicy), banana peppers, and sweet italian peppers, and the garlic (1 clove).

Basically, y'all...I'm not sure I can ever settle for jarred salsa again lol.

    TL;DR Salsa Recipe:

5 heirloom tomatoes chopped and strained
    4 banana peppers chopped
    2 sweet italian peppers chopped
    1 onion Chopped
    1 clove garlic
    2 jalapenos, chopped
    Salt (to taste)
    Cumin (to taste)
    1 lime
    Cilantro (to taste)

Roast 2/3 of the tomatoes, all of the peppers, half the onion, and the garlic at 400 for 20 minutes.
Throw all ingredients in the food processor (I did it in 2 batches). Pulse.

    YUMMMM
