So I had a D&C done on July 12th. This was miscarriage #2. I recently got super high ovulation readings around the ONE time we had unprotected sex. Thought I would’ve gotten a period first. Have been having little twinges in the left like I did the last two times so I tested today! Could it be the start of a BFP (big fat positive (pregnancy test)) or maybe hormones not leveled yet?
This is not the place to ask if you are pregnant. Please read the rules first before posting. You would be better off posting in the first trimester bored if you think you may be expecting. @BumpAdmin can we please have this removed?

@ knottie too lazy to tag your numbers, are you working with your doctor at all after your D&C? Really hard to tell if you’re KU or if it’s just leftover if you aren’t. None of us can see what’s going on inside your body.
There is a reason why you are benched for 1-3 cycles after most MCs and definitely after a D&C. THIS is one of the big reasons why. There is no way to know if you are PG again or if it's leftover hcg from last PG. The only way to know this is to start getting beta hcg tests, which you have to call your doctor for. You have to watch if they go up or down. If they go down, it's a MC; however, you may NEVER know if it's a NEW MC or the original MC numbers going down if you never got hcg tests and tracked your betas down from your first MC.
You are exactly 4 weeks out from your D&C (your 'period' for tracking purposes). It can take 8+ weeks for AF to arrive following a D&C, AND your cycles can be super wonky following a MC. Were you tracking with BBT, because if not, you should be following a MC. It's the ONLY way to know if you ovulated, if you're heading for AF, if your temps are elevated and you are possibly KU. With as many changes as can happen to your body following a MC, especially if you are trying again right away, you really should figure out what your body is doing.
So, you'll have to call your doctor if you get a BFP and explain to them how you didn't sit out any cycles like you should have... and if your doctor is ok with all of this, you need a better doctor who actually cares about your health and safety!
