Woke up to my cycle yesterday morning and it was my birthday.  Was hoping all my PMS symptoms was from something else...waaaa.  Just wanted to cry about it cause I can't really talk to anyone else about it. Hope everyone is having a good day.

@hunybun How long have you been trying exactly??  3 months or over a year?  And how old is your BF?  Your 2 intros on TTGP that were a year apart have some conflicting information.  Also, how did your 2 daughters both advance in age but your son didn't...?

My birthday is in a week and I will get to celebrate by turning AMA and crying how I should be celebrating my first baby's 3rd birthday instead of remembering that my TTC journey brought me nothing but 5 MC, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bitter anger, and fatness...  I've been dreading it for weeks now.  But sure, tell me more how getting AF on YOUR birthday with your 3 living kids is making you feel...

@inthewoods23 first cycle we’ll “try” again starts at the end of June, then first medicated cycle will start towards the end of July! I’m going back to the RE on 7/17! When(ish) is your FET?

@b_1029 I won't know the calendar until after my ER in about 2 weeks, but I think the FET would be sometime mid to late July. My AF after the ER should start in the last week of June.

sorry I'm kinda new to this type of posting, I don't belong to a group.  I was only in a pregnancy group in the past when I was actually pregnant and not trying.  Just wanted some support, are there groups on here for TTGP?  I don't see any groups just other posts.  I also introduced myself on here already, last week, sorry if some people didn't see it.

@hunybun This is the TTGP group, but we operate off of a set of guidelines that discourages people from making their own discussion every time they want to ask a question or say something.  Either the daily WTO threads or even randoms would be the perfect place to say something like "It's my birthday today, and I got my period... WTF!?"  If each of us made a separate discussion every time we wanted to say something, this board would be a disastrous mess.  I'd encourage you to read the pinned posts at the top about the rules/guidelines we all try to follow here.  We appreciate that you did intro yourself, but that doesn't make you exempt from following the structure that has been put in place.  I would encourage you to hang around and just watch to see how other use this forum before jumping in with both feet.

@hunybun Additionally, we ask that you use a TW (trigger warning) before mentioning previous pregnancies (PG) or living children (LC).  Many women here struggle with infertility, or struggle to get/remain pregnant, and these are very sensitive topics to them.

I do not understand some of these comments, I was on here in 2014 when I was pregnant with my 4 year old, then got back on it a year ago when I was trying and then off of it when I stopped.  My son is 22, My daughter is 16 and my other daughter is 4!  Some of these comments are absolutely ridiculous and I don't think this is the right place for me, I came here for support not to get slandered.  I am sorry if anyone got upset, it was not my intention...but I got hurt too, bet no one thinks of that.  I will leave and you all can continue to take everyone's emotional temperature.  One should be happy for another, not try to drag others down.

We're very supportive of each other, if you bothered to lurk and read through some of the other existing threads you would see how wonderful and supportive these ladies are. What we don't appreciate is strangers barging in here, stomping all over our gardens while not bothering to read the signs, then blaming us for not stopping to consider your feelings first. Really?! Do you teach your 3 children to go to other people's houses, pull everything out of their cupboards, bitch about them not having whatever you're looking for, then when the homeowner confronts you and asks if they can help you, you throw it in their face that maybe they should make their house more accessible? 

Do I need more analogies? I've got lots. Not sure which part you don't understand, @shamrocandroll was just simply asking that you please be considerate of others and use the symbol *TW* which means "Trigger Warning" to give readers a heads up that you might be mentioning a subject that may be triggering to some. We have many ladies here who have been trying for a long time - myself included - who don't have children yet and who are desperately yearning for their first, and people blabbing on about all their existing kids is pretty insensitive. Likewise for those who have suffered losses. 

Whether it was your intention or not, it doesn't excuse the fact that you said it.

hunybun So here's the deal... we just dealt with someone who was a member of our community who lied/exaggerated pretty much EVERYTHING to us for well over a year. We're drama'd out with that.  Then you come in and make your own post, which we don't really do here. It hits a LOT of nerves as you've already got 3 kids, and haven't really been part of our community. We get a LOT of drive-bys of people who use us as google or just want their pity party, without ever supporting any of us.  And like I said, with what we just dealt with, you have 2 intro's that are about a year apart and with greatly contrasting information in it (your age, SO's age, kids ages). We just don't want to deal with that again and now wonder who you are, what you want, and if you're going to abuse us too.

If you want to join this community, jump into the daily threads, and just start participating that way. If you want to GBCB, then do that. 

I don't need to be happy for you. You shouldn't need validation for your life through ME.  Just like I don't need validation of my life through you. As posted above, my birthday is in a few days and I've got more depressing things on my plate than just getting AF on my B-day... which you'd probably know if you started participating seriously on here instead of making one post and getting all upset that people didn't just start saying "Aww... poor you."  Maybe your life totes sucks and you desperately need some support?  But we wouldn't know that as you haven't really participated yet.  So chill out, join in, and become community...
