me and my husband have been ttc and I have just got a faint line on an frer. But my bbt is dropping. I took my temp 15 minutes later and it was up by 0.2 deg celsius (not sure how quickly it would rise) which is where it should be. Concerned about telling my husband yet in case that’s a bad sign! After getting advice I think the app is wrong and I am currently 10dpo (praying it was an out of line temp or faulty thermometer) thank you
Hi abbyn58, I want to share a bit of feedback with you to help you with this post. First, you should remove the picture immediately. The only place you can post HPTs is in the First Trimester board. Likewise, the only place you can discuss your positive result is in First Tri, as this board is for women who are *trying* to get pregnant. Some have been here a long time having never seen a positive or having a very hard time holding onto a pregnancy, so we ask that new people exercise sensitivity. Finally, to answer your question: I congratulate you on your positive, but sadly tell you that when I had that same temperature trend as your chart is displaying, it did not end well. (Also, make sure you are taking your temp within the same hour every morning and before you move around or get out of bed, which can throw off accurate results.) None of us can predict what will happen for you, but I sincerely hope it’s a happy ending and you can move on to your Birth Month Board.
Finally, if you unfortunately end up staying with us in TTGP we are very welcoming to those who have experienced loss. You should read the very first post pinned at the top of the TTGP board called “Newbies, Read This First”. It will explain how this group works. Seriously, I hope it all works out for you & that you don’t have to spend much time here!
