What's going on this week? Baby is as tall as a Starbucks Venti cup.

How far along are you? 20 weeks, 2 days.

Anyone have an appointment this week? We had our A/S today and everything looks great! A huge sigh of relief. We posted our announcement on social media, which makes this journey much more real.

Cravings/Symptoms? These past few days I've been watching my calories because I knew I would get weighed today, but I am a ravenous monster. The doctor didn't say anything about the fact that I've gained 13 (!) pounds, but I've really got to slow my roll. Dammit. Now I want a buttered roll. I basically am comprised of carbohydrates and shame.

Rants/Raves/Randoms? I'm so relieved about the good scan today. Baby Girl looked adorable and had the hiccups, which was insane to watch.

Questions? Does anybody want to come over and clean my apartment for me? I cannot find the motivation. I did, however, find the motivation to watch "Abducted in Plain Sight" and WTF is that about?! I stared at the TV incredulously for an hour and a half straight because NONE OF THIS MAKES SENSE!

GTKY: Assuming that we all deliver before October 31st, any thoughts on your little one's Halloween costume? Future costumes you're excited about? I'm sure she'll be too tiny for any of the manufactured costumes, but maybe next year I want to dress her up as a peacock as an homage to my husband's company.

@elle-0409 I've been meaning to watch abducted in plain sight, the whole thing sounds absolutely insane from what I've heard 😬

What's going on this week? Baby can now yawn, hiccup and swallow! 

How far along are you? 18+2

Anyone have an appointment this week? Yesterday! We had our anatomy scan, I didn't hear anything bad, so I'm hoping that means everything is good. 

Cravings/Symptoms? You're not alone @elle-0409, I am also comprised of carbs and shame 😅 ice-cream, Mac n Cheese, and chips are my diet staples right now... Also, I can't stop crying about every little thing, especially movies and TV. 

Rants/Raves/Randoms? I'm excited that I'm not as tired at night, but my pregsomnia is back. Pretty sure I'd rather just wanna go to bed at 7 lol

GTKY: Assuming that we all deliver before October 31st, any thoughts on your little one's Halloween costume? Future costumes you're excited about? I haven't thought much about it yet! I wanna do something matchy matchy with DS though. This may be my last year picking his costume. If I even get to pick it 😬

@elle-0409 Abducted in Plain Sight was insane! Every time I thought it couldn't get worse and it would top itself lol

@nnaelilak I should slow down my gain roll too. I was only interested in healthy things my first trimester and now I could live off pizza and pasta

What's going on this week? My A/S is tomorrow morning and I'm literally SOOO nervous. I really hope that Baby is meeting all growth measurements and will be active. If my placenta actually has problems he might be lethargic and small

Cravings/Symptoms? My uterus suddenly feels as heavy as a bowling ball

Questions? Does your baby/uterus bounce on your bladders now too? Maybe it always has but it's been so much more obvious lately

I feel like Baby will just have to be in one of those bodysuits, so maybe a dinosaur? Otherwise, I would've loved to do a cute costume that incorporates baby wearing

@nnaelilak I literally just ate onion rings and ice cream. And I don’t even like onion rings. Yay for the anatomy scan! No news is good news.

Anyone have an appointment this week? Nope, nothing till June 

Cravings/Symptoms? I cant get enough cheese cake this week. Other then that things remain the same.

Rants/Raves/Randoms? I mentally checked out yesterday life all around was just ridiculous and I had given up very quickly into my day. I'm hoping today is better but it hasn't been off to the greatest start. We will see where it goes. Today is our 5yr anniversary. It's funny how it feels so unimportant though, we've been together for almost 16 years. Which is officially half of my life 😯

GTKY: Assuming that we all deliver before October 31st, any thoughts on your little one's Halloween costume? Future costumes you're excited about? Honestly I'm not look forward to Halloween this year. I'm not sure baby will be here (I'd be 8 days overdue) and that means walking around trick or treating 9m preg..... Flip side is baby is here and will be about a week old, give or take, so no trick or treating for mama unless we have some out of the norm decent weather. I have no idea which I would prefer.....

@elle-0409 Glad you had a great appointment! IMO, 13 lbs is good (I think I'm around 15lbs over here). And that Halloween costume sounds too cute.

Anyone have an appointment this week? Just had A/S on Tuesday, regular 20 week appt on 5/28

Cravings/Symptoms? GIVE ME ALL THE SWEETS 🍭🍫🍩 Also, still tired and tailbone pain by the end of the day is for real.

Rants/Raves/Randoms? Nothing much over here. My twin sister's bridal shower is next Saturday so I'm working to get everything done early (since I have basically no help, I can't wait until the last minute). I could totally be a professional party planner.

GTKY: Assuming that we all deliver before October 31st, any thoughts on your little one's Halloween costume? Future costumes you're excited about? I figured just a cute onesie. We always go to ILs to trick or treat, and I don't really plan on a lot of walking. Baby girl and I will pass out candy/sit on the couch and H will go out with DS.

@stephanie123456 did we know you were a twin?! I may have just forgotten haha That's so cool! I was obsessed with the sweet valley books as a kid and always wanted to be a twin 😅

@marbellie The theme is tea party. So I've been collecting tea cups, saucers, and tea pots from Salvation Army for like, 6 months, to use as decoration. 

@nnaelilak lol I may have mentioned it before. And twins run in my family (my grandmother and great-aunt are twins). So I was super nervous at the beginning of this PG and with DS that it might be two babies. I much rather prefer to be the twin than to have twins. I never read the Sweet Valley High, my mom never let me get them
