Does anyone feel almost comatose after eating. I eat and literally have to fight to stay awake shortly after.

Hi, I'm so sorry you are experiencing fatigue. My Doctor told me to pay attention to the amount of carbs I eat in my meals. If it is a lot and barely any protein, that means our blood sugar will spike, and make us tired from the crash. Of course, you should talk to your own Doctor about this since you aren't me. Feeling almost comatose after eating isn't normal unless you are carb loading like a MF'er. Remember that you aren't just doing all a body's processes for yourself but working double time for your baby's bodily processes too.
