Fatigue

Does anyone feel almost comatose after eating. I eat and literally have to fight to stay awake shortly after.

Re: Fatigue

  • Hi, I'm so sorry you are experiencing fatigue. My Doctor told me to pay attention to the amount of carbs I eat in my meals. If it is a lot and barely any protein, that means our blood sugar will spike, and make us tired from the crash. Of course, you should talk to your own Doctor about this since you aren't me. Feeling almost comatose after eating isn't normal unless you are carb loading like a MF'er. Remember that you aren't just doing all a body's processes for yourself but working double time for your baby's bodily processes too.

Hey though, why don't you change your knottie username, log out and back in on Thebump and introduce yourself in the Intro thread so we can get to know you. Questions like this can go in the weekly symptoms/questions thread.
People think we become mothers when we give birth but the truth is we become mothers the moment we start calling our babies to us in our thoughts, dreams and prayers. Some paths are short and some are so long that you can easily forget where you were headed.

How I feel all of the time.
