Novarel Trigger Shot Side Effect- Normal?

Hi, I had my trigger shot last night of 10,000iu of Novarel.  The site is sore, there is a lump and it is red.  It feels different than the reactions I have had from all my other shots.  This is my 3rd IVF and I have not had this before.  Has anyone experienced this? Was wondering if I should call office emergency line or just wait until tomorrow when in office.
