  • @ktmaesim we went to Australia for 2 weeks in December and absolutely fell in love with that place! I wish I could spend significant time travelling there ♥️

Ages (you and SO): I am 33 and husband is 35

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.): We have an almost 3 year old boy and a 1 year old golden retriever girl. Love travelling and reading and have recently experimenting with Acrylic Pour painting which more often than not is leaving me frustrated! But yeah enjoying it and it feels so therapeutic so chugging along and have a handful of good ones to show for it too 😊 was working before our first kid was born but have been a SAHM since

  • @Pranks Welcome! I love that you do painting for self care.

**Spoiler mentions my son** I give you credit for being SAHM for 3 years. I have been staying home with my son for only 4 months and am already looking for a babysitter one day a week. It is amazing but hard.

@beccabek92 I am so very sorry to learn about your loss, my heart and thoughts are with you and YH <3  Welcome to the group!  I saw your comment about getting back into working out and yoga - we have a weekly Healthy Habits thread where we do check-ins to see how everyone is doing and what healthy habits they are working on that week.  It's great for accountability - I hope you'll join us there!

@jpalacios892 Welcome!  What an interesting dog mix you've got! I have a full bread dachshund, he's the sweetest!!  A year ago we rescued a puppy that we were told was a beagle dachshund mix.... they were pretty off as she's neither of those and mostly and American Fox Hound!

Lol, ours is definitely an excited/happy peer. I guess it must come from the cocker spaniel side of her!!!

My in-laws have a dachshund; he is incredible sweet.

@lilchameleon I love spicy food too!
  • @lilchameleon @jpalacios892 Welcome!
My husband and I love spicy foods as well. We used to grow bhut jolokias, but we have put that on hold until we get moved and settled! We will have to settle for our dried (carolina reaper, bhut jolokia, and ghost pepper) flakes for now <3 My hubby can handle way more spice than me, but I do enjoy it quite a lot!
