Placenta Previa / Vent

New to the forum but happy to be here! I'm 24 years old - 4.5 months pregnant with my first baby and having all kinds of issues. Was diagnosed a few weeks ago with placenta previa and told it would likely correct itself by birth. I'm not on bed rest or anything. Phew! But I was told no sex/no orgasms 
Of course I will sacrifice and do anything and everything to protect my baby. Let that be said. But OH.EM.GEE. It's hard!!! I have a very high sex drive and my husband and I were still having regular sex and found it to actually be more pleasurable since I got pregnant (especially in the morning... omg). So to have to stop cold turkey has been rough. I woke up the other night at 2:30 a.m. raging horny and just was like *rawr!!!* So frustrated. Can anyone offer advice on coping or adjusting??? TIA! And cross your fingers that it moves!
