@char245 who can resist a donut. I had cake last night. I’m all about the sweets. I found if I cut everything I Love I fail so moderation is key! Love the workout plans for today ladies!
Down 2lbs my first week of ww. Really loving it so far. I think the diet change has already affected my cycles. AF is shorter this time around and much lighter as well.
I've made it to the gym 3/5 days and will be going again tonight. We are also making an effort to eat at home and focus on a protein, a healthy carb, and a veggie each night with leftovers for lunches the next day. I fit in to a smaller pair of dress pants again & my body fat is down a bit. Hopefully this motivation sticks!!! (prob all because i bought a new lulu top @ruby696 lol)
With the in-laws in town the first half of this week, I failed keeping up with healthy meals. I must have balanced all the crap out with my breakfasts because I haven’t really gained. I’m back to tracking and making good choices, so hopefully I have some kind of loss for the week.
I was so good in the beginning of the week. Sunday through Wednesday I worked out and taught! But today we drove to my parents and I haven’t made the best food choices.
This hasn’t been the best week for me. I’m going to weigh tomorrow instead of Saturday so the scale will tell. We are heading out of town tomorrow so this weekend will be shot
I got a little off track this week, but I’m trying to do better. My knee is feeling good so maybe I’ll do a lower body workout tomorrow. I skipped my mid week weigh-in but I’ll check it on Saturday. Hoping it’s stable and I haven’t gained with this slip up.

So upping my exercise routine hasn’t been great, but I’ve stayed with my “mental de-stressing” efforts. But it is true what they say about alcohol putting on pounds...I’ve been off the sauce for two weeks with my upcoming transfer and I’m down two pounds.
@ruby696 I’m making Parmesan chicken cutlets and roasted Parmesan and garlic broccoli tonight for dinner. Hopefully they turn out. They are both 3 points each. The kitchme site looks like it has some good options.
Re: March Healthy Check-in
@char245 sometimes we just need a donut, they are delicious
