Belly support band

Have any of you started using a pregnancy support belt? Any one you would recommend? I didn’t use one with DD#1.. but am thinking it would help relieve some of this back pain.

I had a nurse friend get me an abdominal binder and another mom friend loaned me a belly support band.  I haven't been using them regularly enough to know if they're helping, but the binder is definitely more "intense," than just the support band.  My DH has to help me pull it tight enough.  I mostly got them because of my diastasis recti and umbilical hernia - I think once my belly is bigger/heavier, the normal belly support band will give more relief in supporting the bump.  Right now it mostly just makes me itch, hah.

I started using a baby belly band in my 2nd tri for back pain and it helped immensely. Now using it in 3rd tri to help support my bump since baby is sitting low. Mine is just a simple belly band, not a binder. I've also used it post c/s with my previous pregnancies so it's a good thing to have around post delivery just in case you need some extra support.

Me! About a month ago I started having some severe pelvic pain so I ordered one. It helps me so much at work and relieves RLP too. I find it doesn't help much with back pain though

@booksandlace what one did you get? I’ve been looking but there are so many I can’t decide. If you have a link please post it, my RLP is aweful
