Im having the worst pubic pain! Even after resting for quite a while, Im still in pain. And walking or standing is awful! Idk what will help this!?
Childbirth.
Joking aside, I really don’t know of good solutions. Some people have talked about camis that are meant to be supportive - I want to say @kayjay44 likes blanqi brand?
@kayjay44 If theres no improvement tomorrow, Im going to have to. This is bullshit. @madreofdragons I think I may need to upgrade my knee pillow too, it feel useless.
@BourbonBiscuits - I know better than to look at this point, but I know it’s not pretty. It would help if I could stay off my feet, but with two other kids, that’s not happening.
@kayjay44 what support belts do you like? Everyone told me this weekend my belly dropped this weekend and boy do I feel it. My pelvic bones hurt, kid is ON my cervix, and waddling a lot
My pelvic pain is so bad this time around. I feel like baby is just laying her entire weight on my pubic bone. Also yes, stay away from looking at your nether regions for awhile. It will be unrecognizable.
I woke up twice last night due to reflux choking me. So gross and painful. I don’t know how you all who have had it consistently deal with this crap. It’s awful.
I've become convinced I'm carrying an octopus. I just can't figure out how one baby can hit me in so many places at once! And she's been doing barrel rolls underneath my belly button and it's stretching everything to the max.
@bellebaby221- My sentiments exactly. How are you stabbing me in my side rib while also nailing me in the groin, while doing a triple toe loop or something?! Nuts
I'm with you two. Pretty sure my baby has three heads. Or maybe it's three butts? Definitely eight fingers on that one hand he keeps spider-tickling me with.

And eat like like a normal person. If I get out of bed, I’ve figured out, I puke every few hours. But bedrest is boring and hurts my joints not to mention the two active toddlers I have and adult responsibilities.
I dont know if babys started their migration or what... only felt movements lower right side today, usually up in my ribs. Also got some serious crampped up feeling tonight like maybe theyre sideways and up my whole chest? Totally opposite of my migration theory i know... cant get comfoy sitting unless i stixk my stomach way out and arch my back
I'm glad to know everyone else's babies have morphed into octopi as well because oh my god this kid will not let up.
Also @danixbanani24 I use the belly bandit upsie belly and I like it but don't wear it 100% of the time, I take it on and off as my back/pelvis needs the help. If you wanted something on all day errday I'd get a blanqi compression top or leggings
@BourbonBiscuits Same here with the swelling. Mine have begun to cause terrible chafing on the very tops of my thighs, along with chafing right in the crease where my underwear line is. It is so uncomfortable and awful. I spent all of Thanksgiving weekend waddling around because it hurt to walk. DH is a runner and sometimes gets bad chafing, so he thought I was being dramatic. So I showed him, He was HORRIFIED. It was almost worth it for his reaction.
If anyone else is dealing with the worst chafing of their life due to the double whammy of swelling + extra moisture down there, here's what has made it somewhat better for me over the last few days (and what hasn't worked, because I've tried everything it seems): Helpful: gentle wipes (break into the stash of baby wipe samples that you have!) after going to the bathroom, just to keep everything clean. Gold Bond (helps keep the area dry, and has a small amount of menthol which has a bit of a cooling effect). Pantyliners (or pad, if you want to be extra sure that it's staying super dry down there). Once the majority of the chafing is gone, use Body Glide each morning on your upper thighs and pantyline to prevent further chafing. Not helpful: Diaper rash ointment (it just dried up after a while and cracked on my skin, which made it even more painful). Going commando, especially at night (while it gave slight relief from underwear chafing, it didn't help at all with moisture because there's no pantyliner then).
Luckily I sleep ok so far but getting out of bed is tricky. My joints hurt by the morning and just to sit up is a whole other story. But my vag hurts, still. I passed my GD test so yay for that! Ive been celebrating with lots of cookies. I feel my belly cant stretch anymore. Or my belly button (which used to be an innie) will burst open.
@hannahbananas11 I get really bad chafing under my boobs right where my bra ends. I’ve been using baby powder and it works Pretty well. May try what you mentioned if it doesn’t clear up completely!
@hannahbananas11 these are great tips, I have found similar things with the not helpful ones as well - panty liners (changed frequently) are super key!
@hannahbananas11 You're a genius. I haven't had a ton of chafing yet, just feeling like it's going to EXPLODE at any given moment. I'm sure the chafing is in my future.
@BourbonBiscuits Yes, it definitely hit me hard out of left field. I was totally fine one day, then the next it was like my entire crotch was on fire. It's even raw in some spots with a little bit of blood. I see my OB next week, and I'll ask for more tips then. I'll share what I find!

I seem to be getting the holy trinity right now. Had to crawl on my hands and knees my rib pain was so bad last night.
@bhou - I’d see a PT honestly
