Tired, shocker. I hit a wall today - went to our staff meeting, came home and napped for 45 minutes.
My back is also really bothering me these days. I had to stop doing burpees at the gym because it’s too much strain on my lower back. I feel like it’s just a preview of what’s to come over the next 3ish months.
Seconding the tiredness. Yesterday I couldn’t stay awake after getting home, fell asleep on the couch while watching tv and slept like that for an hour. Woke up and went straight to bed at 8pm, and I’m still somehow struggling to stay awake at my desk today. Ugh.

Glad to know we are all in the same boat of tiredness! Nausea is starting to come back again at night...and back aches. Also leg cramps.
Just figured out nesting is a thing. I didn't think I would be that person but my whole focus has been getting the house organized so hunby and I can tackle nursery together. Ironically, he and I don't rreally do well when trying to accomplish something cleaning wise when together. I divided all the organization stuff up and we each are hacking at our own list.
I fell asleep last night at 7:30, so yeah..... But then I was also up last night 4x to pee and woke up throwing up due to heartburn twice. I'm praying IV iron helps because between work, kids, responsibilities, I am drowning and so fucking tired.
@hnbergeron - I'm actually excited to start nesting. I have little to no motivation. I need to start going through tubs (like 10+ tubs) of baby clothes to decide what we're keeping, what I'm going to consign and what I'm donating since this is our last baby. We saved everything in good condition since we had one of each and have SO MUCH STUFF.
Mostly, I want to purge my whole house but laying down is easier.
@becks_726 , i second the stretching! I just about convinced myself I saw stretch marks around my belly button today when I got home but I think it was just the imprint from my pants.
My stretch marks are getting more noticeable. I've had them since carrying the twins. My youngest didn't really make them worse but this one is. I feel like I'm stretching faster this time.
I’m definitely feeling more stretching this week. I got out of bed too fast and got a sharp pain in my lower abdomen and had to slowly sit back down and massage it. Kind of freaked me out It was like one small area cramped up.
My prior stretch marks are more noticeable too. They are at top and bottom of my belly button and I can see them most obviously from the side. Bums me out since I was so diligent about putting lotion on with DD but I guess if you're gonna get them you get them.
@allthingsgo does lotion help minimize them? I don’t have any yet but also haven’t really been moisturizing my belly... should I start? In general they don’t really go away right?
So some people swear by a certain lotion or oil but nothing has been really scientifically proven to prevent or erase them. They stay there but fade. Some fade a lot, some a little. Mine faded substantially.
@megpants209 some people swear by lotion preventing stretch marks but I have read over and over that if you’re going to get them you’ll get them. I’m not sure about it affecting the severity or not but it can’t hurt to start now. If anything it feels nice and helps ease itchy/tight skin.
You’re correct, they don’t ever really go away once you get them but they do fade a lot with time. Mine weren’t really as noticeable after my stomach went back to its new pp normal.
I put lotion on like crazy when I carried the twins and about a week before I delivered them the stretch marks popped up. I'm not sure any amount of lotion prevents them when you go 38+ weeks with twins though! They did fade some and were mostly where no one would see them even if I wore a bikini bottom.
TIred. So sore. Everywhere. Babies kick me in every direction, at the same time. One kicks me in the vag while the other is by my ribs. Come on, be siblings and kick each other.
Another vote for fires here. It feels like my second tri energy burst is already gone. It’s 8pm and I’m already in bed. RLP was a bitch today. Going pee basically every hour. Feeling chunky. Good times.
@cali1710 I remember those feelings well! I had one baby in my pelvis bouncing on my bladder and he would randomly make my left leg go numb. The other had his head in my rib cage making it impossible to breathe or eat! They stayed vertical the entire time. We got plenty of pictures of baby B bouncing his butt on baby A's head!
I am like hardcore nesting. I see dust on a shelf and all of a sudden my entire house needs to be dusted. Then by 9pm I am out like a light. My back has been really hurting lately and my OB said if the pain level isn't manageable with a heating pad and some tylenol she'll send me to their on site chiropractor. So at least that could be beneficial!

@AshleySparkle720 I am in the same boat as far as the nesting goes. I am so tired and my back is killing me but once I get something in my head I am going to do it! Work is wondering why I keep getting grumpy when people tell me to stop or take things out of my hands. Like I'm preggers people, it is what I do!
New symptom popped up today, my belly feels like it is stretching again like crazy when I breath in.
A chiropractor sounds so good right now! Agree with all of you on the back pain. I've also been getting a lot of leg pain? Crampy, Charlie horses while I sleep. Second the tiredness all the time! It's like as soon as I'm off work, I start shutting down for the night. 😴
@bellebaby221 thats so funny! I meam when they kick me at seperate times its ok but when they gang up on me, thats just rude ha. Baby A uses my bladder at a trampoline I swear.
Feeling crappy with a head cold. Day two of being home sick after being on vacation which makes me feel guilty but honestly I’m pregnant and sick and don’t think I could’ve made it to work and stayed all day anyway. Plus I can do most of my work from home. I just need to sleep for a week.
@danixbanani24 ugh sorry you have a cold! I have one too right now and it sucks bc you can’t tske the stuff that actually works while pregnant. I’m glad you are taking it easy at home.
Add never ending hunger to my symptoms list. For lunch i had a protein shake, a cheese stick, and peppers & cucumbers with hummus. But here I am, an hour later, starving! I feel like a hobbit... second lunch is a bowl of SpecialK vanilla almond.
I swear this baby has found a position that is at some point is going to make me instantly pee my pants! She shifts and all of a sudden I'm sprinting to the restroom!
Awful awful back pain + hardcore nesting = torture lol. I've been having DH help me a lot. Thankfully he is a neat freak and likes the physical prepping for baby cause it feels more real, so he's been helping lots. I'm probably still driving him crazy though lol.
@okayestmom12 That was me a couple weeks ago! And now I feel so full all of the time! I don’t even want to eat dinner at night. And I love food! So strange.
Colds, back pain, fatigue suck. I'm sorry y'all are dealing with it.
My main complaint right now is heartburn. I can't really complain about it because it is self inflicted. I keep giving into cravings for jalapeno anything.
I'm a slacker mom and never really get the nesting urges. My partner is the domestic one. We have the crib set up and a swing. He's picked out the stroller he wants. All I have to do is successfully incubate the kid.

@kayjay44 you really do have the raw end. I nodded off at work today and that never happens. This babe likes car rides so I felt lots of movement when I was on the road all day at work yesterday!
Yesterday I started feeling a slight pain in my left side, and today it’s so much worse. It’s definitely from sleeping on my side. It’ll be a long four months...

Ohh god holy RLP. It’s never been as bad as today, I can’t stand up straight. I’ve been physically fine until today, seems like everything just hit me at once!

I've had odd aches and pains today too. My tummy feels like it's going through another intense stretch.
