I would love to read more. There are just so many books out there and I have no idea what genre I’d be into. It’s intimitadting so I give up before I even start.
normally I would agree, but man if I just cannot focus on anything lately! lol. I have a new Ken Follett novel I was trying to start but I just can't find the motivation (or uninterrupted time) to get going on it. I end up falling asleep anytime I sit still for too long, lol.
I love books but I can rarely shut my mind off long enough these days to read. I’m a nerd, so TV shows are my jam. I’ve got my regulars that I put on and could probably quote. Great for background noise too.
@SawyerRichardson - I’d suggest joining a book club, then you don’t have to decide what to read, but I suspect that whatever free time you currently have is about to disappear.

I'm reading a fairy tale retelling called 'Beauty' by Robin McKinley. I love fairy tales and she has quite a few that I really enjoy! I normally get discouraged trying to read, cuz 3 kids ya know, but since I've been sitting in waiting rooms, and driving for a ways, I've picked that one up again. I think that's one of my all time favorites! It's a young adult book.
