Of course I tried to gif and it was an epic fail.  Whatever I'll leave it so you all can chuckle with me.

My FFFC: There's a family party this weekend and I'm sort of using my modified bed rest as an excuse..I mean I really do need to be taking it easy but I also just really want to binge The Tudors on Netflix and I can't do that with other people around (kids are obvious but DH just doesn't like it).

I said this yesterday, but I don’t groom downstairs. 

DH slept in the guest room last night because he was up working late and didn’t want to wake me up - I called him at 5 this morning to get me some water because I didn’t want to get out of bed. 

I spend way way more money on vacations than I tell DH we spend - we can totally afford it, but I usually spend $1-2k more than I tell him it’s going to cost.

I’m supposed to be saving for this little one, and I just bought an expensive designer handbag for myself. Sorry, baby! That was the LAST splurge for my own needs for the foreseeable future though, so I say it’s justified. 

@kayjay44 I don’t groom downstairs either. I will trim a little if I know I’ll wear a bikini, but that’s it.

On grooming: as the pregnancy progresses I’ll get lazy with it lmao.  I’ll usually get a wax right before I’m ready to pop the LO out though because lord knows I won’t be going for quite some time afterwards

Another one that's been driving me nuts lately: the next facebook friend that tries to get me to buy their MLM crap is getting unfriended.  I'm so tired of the MLM stuff.

I used to wax religiously and then I got pregnant with DS and it all went out the window. If my husband has seen me shit on a table, he can handle a little bit of jungle down there. I do shave the side if I know I’ll be in a bathing suit, but even that goes by the wayside as I get older. Like, surprise! Vaginas are hairy, unless you’re prepubescent, in which case no one should be seeing your vagina anyway.

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale fully opens today and whoever thought maternity jumpers were a good idea is an idiot. When I have to pee every 2 hours I’m not spending 60 seconds trying to get a jumpsuit all the way off. That shit needs some snaps at the bottom or something.

Speaking of the anniversary sale, is $40 off a Dockatot worth it? Is it possible to get a deeper discount on those if I wait?

@conchispita that’s the best $ off I’ve seen on the Dockatot and I’m on their mailing list and follow them on IG. The only thing that may be better is Black Friday but I don’t know what they do for that as I wasn’t following them at the time. 

I also do not groom downstairs. I agree with @BourbonBiscuits that people need to realize that post puberty vaginas are hairy. I’m not gonna try to look like a child for your comfort and appeal. I used to trim the sides for bathing suits but now I have a suit that doesn’t require that (yay Mom bod!) so I do nothing and am happy to spend my time on other things.

I also think shaving the lady jungle is a big waste of time. I’ll occassionally tidy up but that’s not the norm.

I bought the Dockatot, and I’m not telling DH because he might strangle me. Or worse, complain that I’m buying too much baby stuff and I’m not in the mood for whining.

I’m glad so many of you also don’t shave, I totally got the stink eye from the last OB I went too, and you would think a little hair wouldn’t be so surprising for them.

Now I feel like the real FFFC is being hairless! I always have been. Don’t like hair anywhere on my body except my head! I used to get Brazilians but it was a pricey habit at my place but I know I’ll go back to them once it’s a more difficult task.

@megpants209 no I don’t do jumpers/rompers even when not pregnant. I don’t like being completely nude in the bathroom at work every time I have to pee.

I also feel like my FFFC is that I shave down below. I hate having hair down there. It’s just my personal preference. For me, it’s no different than shaving my armpits.

Of all the things I’ve said on the interwebs, I had a comment go crazy on Scary Mommy about Kaley Cuoco’s wedding jumpsuit. I said I’d look like Lady Glitter Sparkles and it went over a thousand likes. I said it because it’s true lol, no jumpsuits over here.

@madreofdragons - short torso so rompers and jumpsuits are out. I also just don't get them. But I'm kind of an old lady trapped in a 30 year old's body.

I like jumpsuits and own a couple. It’s like wearing a dress you don’t have to worry about getting caught in the wind! Would not wear a maternity one though, the peeing issue would get old fast.

I trusted a fart this morning, big mistake. Luckily i was at home and three feet from toilet and shower. I'm traumatized, now I have family at my house and my stomach is upset again. Uggghhh

Incidentally so did my daughter today, @lzzfrancisco! I have IBS so I’ve been on that ride more than once. I think all three of us have done it this year.

@grebretso how do you pee in a romper? That’s what my mind can’t understand. Do you take it all off like pants or pull it to the side swimsuit-style? Teach me your ways.

@BourbonBiscuits Yesss do it! You won't regret it! Unless you get incredibly drunk. Rompers tend to get very complicated all of the sudden after a few drinks. I've had some... struggles in bar bathroom stalls.

I hate having hair down there. I flat out cried during puberty when I started growing it. But getting rid of it is a PITA in more ways than one. I've found I can get away with shaving about once a month. Any longer than that it just annoys the crap out of me having it. Cest la vie.

I have also never understood jumpers/rompers on anyone at any age from a functionality standpoint. Except for ones with snaps, like onesies. All over those. But most don't have them! Very irritating.

I guess my fffc is I get annoyed way too easily.

I ate all the potato straws out of my sons bag of veggie straws. Sweet little boy tried to give me the spinach ones, and I couldn’t even stomach pretending to eat it. Sorry kiddo
