  • @madasm0530 Well, then we beta the same day!   I will be doing hpt though.  0% chance I can wait til the 13th. Plus my DH might be out of town that day so gonna want to know the results while he is local.
  • Good luck to everyone that had a transfer in the past few days!!
  • @suziev3 when will you start using HPT? I ran into this with my last cycle that our clinic “forbids” that we use them and DH likes to play by the rules. Since it ended in a *TW* chemical pregnancy *TW*, I’m not mad that I didn’t psych myself out with positive HPTs. Ugh. So much to think about and consider!

@madasm0530 I’ll start testing day 5 thru beta. What was a little nerve racking was hpt  lines fluctuating early on. By the time I got to beta it was rock solid. I didn’t want a surprise.  But do whatever keeps you sane!
  • This tww is not going to be easy. I’ve had cramps all day. I just want to forget for a few days! Come on, uterus! Give me a break!
  • @megmac2010 Cramps are a good thing! I had them shortly into my tww even past beta time. :) Just think of your little one getting cozy.

  • @kristimh80 I wish I could just sleep through the next two weeks! I just assumed it was cramps from the catheter disrupting things up in my uterus, but I like your explanation better!
  • I am scheduled for retrieval on 08/07 but I only have 5 follicle growing in total. Does any one had this low follicle count. I have blood work and us tomorrow to make sure they are more now. I m afraid they are going to cancel my cycle. any positive stories?
  • @madasm0530 @suziev3 I was planning on just hanging out on the July board only, but it seems everyone is over here now. Transfer was yesterday and I'm not even going to pretend like I will hold out for beta. I will probably start 5dt5dt.
  • Sunday is my 5dp5dt. I will be starting on Sunday testing. Then I will be testing daily. I am too impatient to wait til my beta. Then if it doesn't turn out like I want I won't be so devistated on the 10th.
  • Hey everyone! First time posting here. Had a failed fet in June and now just had my second fet today! Excited to follow everyone’s stories!
  • @cynthiaf32 congrats on your transfer. Welcome to our TWW club.
@Rebelfirecp @Becca070408 I feel exactly the same way. My day 5 is Mon.
  • @cynthiaf32 Welcome!

To all of you who already transferred, FX that you get BFPs before your betas. I tested the last time and plan on doing so again this time.  Last round I got a squinter 5 days after transfer then true positive on digital at 7 days.

AFM, I got my med box yesterday. Start my Lupron tonight. So happy to get this started!
  • @cynthiaf32 welcome!

    @J1006 yay for starting meds!
  • @cynthiaf32 Welcome and Good Luck! We had the same transfer day. Do you plan to test early?
  • I love that everyone seems to be testers. I’m a serial tester. Last cycle, *TW a fresh transfer that ended in a CP *endTW, I got a squinter at 7dp3dt and a sure positive at 10. My transfer was on 8/1, and I’m trying to hold out to 7 days, but I’ll probably test at 5 because I can’t help myself.

This is my first FET and it’s nothing like my previous fresh transfers. I’ve been cramping a lot since the day after, I’m short of breath, and I’m exhausted. I’m also noticing progesterone side effects that’s I’ve never had before... most noticeably, awful nausea about 30 minutes after I put the suppositories in. So much for trying to put it out of my head for a few days!!!
  • Hi all, just jumping on to this board - after my ER in June and the early info about how everything was progressing, I've been taking a break from everything for a bit.  But we are now scheduled for August 24 FET, which will be our first.

    FX for everyone here!
  • Wow so much activity!! Congrats to everyone who’s had their transfers!! I‘ve been nursing a summer cold  :(  still sick.. AND to top it off AF hasn’t showed up  :(:(
  • @justharrison same transfer date so cool! My beta is 8/14 when is yours? I will probably hptest 8/12 because I start school 8/13 and don’t want to find out at school
  • Had lining check and bloodwork on 8/2.  Got the go ahead for transfer 8/7.  Asking for prayers thats all goes well on transfer day.  FX for all recent transfers and soon to be!

@cynthiaf32 my beta is scheduled for 8/12 but i will probably go in on the 14th as the 12 is a sunday and the only office that is open is about an hour away- i dont want to go that far for bloodwork and i work all day the 13th.
i start testing with Wondfo brand tests on 3dp5dt and only switch to FRER brand tests once i have a decent line. Im a compulsive tester lol.
  • Good morning. I just took a FRER. It is a very faint positive! I plan to test pretty much every day now. I just can't help it! I am so happy to see the faint positive. Good luck to everyone testing soon. My thoughts are with you! Thank you all for being here during my getting ready time and TWW! You are all amazing ladies!

@Rebelfirecpl Congrats!  That's so early, awesome!

AFM, I went in for a lining check yesterday and finally have a transfer date...8/13.  Lining was at 8.8, my RE is having me stim for two more days so will be triggering with HCG tomorrow after my last lining check (hopefully lining will be at least a 9).  After trigger shot, it appears I'm going to ovulate around 16 eggs, pretty sure that is NOT going to feel good...preparing myself to be a bloated mess. Start PIO, Lovenox, Prednisone and the other autoimmune meds on Wednesday. This my third and probably last FET, fingers crossed!
  • @sungirl39 Wow, that's a great lining!! The 13th will be here in no time!

@Rebelfirecpl Congratulations!!! Fx for a great first beta!!

madasm0530  I was 5 days post transfer yesterday. I will be taking another test this afternoon since my FET was at 11:30.
  • @Rebelfirecpl congratulations! When is your first official beta?
  • It is getting increasing harder not to symptom spot! I feel "stuff" going on, but I am pretty sure it is the same type of feeling as always. Earlier it felt kind of like a heart beat throb near my uterus.
  • @becca07024411 I feel the same way. Are my boobs more sore than usual? Did I just feel a twinge? I'm really tired - that's a sign, right?
When's your beta? I'm next Monday!

  • @becca07024411 my beta is Friday at 7 am. I have to drive 2 hours one way for it. But it is worth it! Super excited!
  • @Rebelfirecpl will your RE let you go to a local lab for beta? My clinic is several hours away also and they won't let me do anything else remotely except beta test, so I just go to the local lab in the hospital which saves a lot of time! Could you ask to do something like that?
  • @kristimh80 My lining doesn't respond to synthetic estrogen...I get to maybe a 6 when I use estradiol, and that take 4-5 wks of estrogen (orally and vaginally). *TW* I had a successful fresh cycle on my first try eight yrs ago, no lining issues.  Stims cause your body to create its own estrogen...this is the only thing that seems to work for me. Totally sucks because it basically doubles the cost of my FET...the menopur, ganirelix, and HCG cost me about $2500 per cycle. This is probably our last attempt due to the cost.
  • @sungirl39 Oh I didn't even think of that...makes total sense! Menopur made me estrogen go thru the roof when stimming. Glad they found something for you that works! FX you won't need to worry about a "next time" <3
