I legit got 11 hrs of sleep last night and I feel great. No nightmares, just strange dreams. My own bed, pillows, dark walls, bathroom, and alarm clock. (Seriously- who knew so many factors would go into what makes a space comfortable?)
Dealing with occasional heartburn. It seems to be related to not eating more frequently than I do. Occasional snacks (that aren’t just hard candy) help.
My lower back has started talking to me. It is either sore or stiff or both.
I am flat out exhausted. I guess it's a combination of fetal growth + waking up every time I turn over in bed and then deciding I should probably go pee...again. I'm averaging 4 trips to the bathroom between 10pm and 6:30am. I don't wanna be pregnant NO MO!
25+3 Overall feeling good but experienced my first ever asthma attack yesterday, triggered by someone smoking near me. I messaged my Dr about it, but has anyone else had pregnancy induced asthma?
Tired most of all. Still having trouble sleeping and restless legs. Did wake up at 6am for two rounds of fun with DH so that was a the silver lining I guess!
I'm either super motivated with energy or completely exhausted. Headaches (which might also be the crazy weather), peeing all the time and I can't seem to get my bladder completely empty, can't breath and I'm super stuffy.
Sleeping seems elusive lately. Once I fall asleep I'm generally okay other than some tossing and turning. However, getting comfortable is miserable. Restless legs (mostly might right) are horrible and add to the trouble sleeping. I'm just generally uncomfortable, grouchy (especially if I go too long without eating), and short tempered.
I'm also super stressed with work this week, so that's not helping.

So tired, not sleeping well. My motivation is non existent at work, although at home I've been able to get some stuff done. I am always out of breath and dealing with acid reflux most days. I don't think my body get's the second trimester glow... just different levels of being miserable for 40 weeks.
24+6 +1 to feeling exhausted all the time. Headaches. Peeing every time i cough or sneeze is getting ridiculous! Still feel nauseous in the morning, doc gave me antacids to see if that helps.
Feeling very overwhelmed as we approach 3rd tri. I feel like there's so much to do and I'm just so tired all the time. I felt way more prepared with DS...starting to get quite nervous about having 2
@nasalot188 I'm convinced that the moist environment from all the pee is what caused my current yeast infection. It makes me feel so icky and gross. I'm going to invest in the biggest box of panty liners I can find and change them every 15 mins.
ETA by delivery I'm going to need full on Depends....
I get heartburn/acid reflux around the same time every day. +1 to being either super tired or lots of energy. I'm just getting more and more uncomfortable. I hate sleeping on my side, and it makes my hip hurt, but any other position makes other things hurt. Achy pelvic area, some days are better than others. I think I've learned to make sure to keep my legs together when getting up and out of bed, when I get up all wonky is when things start to hurt.
But this kid is so active and I love it so much (for now).
Just got back from my 24 week OB appointment. She said I'm measuring large. She will do an ultrasound in a month to see what the baby measurements are because my 20 week ultrasound showed an average size baby. Oh god I hope I don't have a 10 lbs baby! Got the dreaded glucose test next week!

25 weeks. @HoosOnFirst I'm at that same stage. I feel awful 99.9% of the time. How can you be hungry and at the same time every single thing gives you the worst full feeling resulting in the worst heartburn/indigestion ever?!
@tlmill I don't have asthma, but I do end up with terrible breathing problems and reoccurring bronchitis. I have been prescribed an inhaler because I get easily winded.
Experiencing many sleepless nights as a result of my hip and back pain. I am so over this pregnancy...
@HoosOnFirst +1 for the full yet starving i just can’t seem to eat much when I finally decide what to eat! Then when I don’t eat I feel starving sit to eat and take a bite or two and i’m Feeling Full! . ugh. Vicious cycle!
and heart burn is pretty terrible IF I go above my threshold of 4 bites per meal, so that can be aggravating!
Actually feeling great and digging the whole pregnant thing which seems like an UO these days. However..... my degenerative disc disease has finally come to bite my in by big pregnant ass. On and off jabs of excruciating back pain with no warning. Mentioning it to my orthopedist resulted in phrases like “leave of absence from work” “light duty” and even “short term disability”. Nawwwwww yo! This mama doesn’t play that game! I will defeat this. Somehow!!!
me 32 | dh 45

I have been so exhausted this week, feels like the first time that I have actually complained about being pregnant. I fell asleep on the couch at 6 lastnight, went to bed at 9 and slept all night! Almost a full 12 hours of sleep, it’s been a busy week at work and thinking it finally caught up to me lastnight.
Was outside and my throat started itching burning like when you get strep. It came on super fast and I am wondering if it was some kind of allergic reaction to something in the air Eventually passed without going inside so I was very thankful.
Worked outside (90's out) and I am pouring sweat and now stationed inside in front of a fan and so much to do yet before dh gets home! Where is the second tri energy??
I am obsessive compulsively cleaning all the things. Like, I spent almost 3 hours last night cleaning my house. I’ve always cleaned the house before heading out of town or on vacation, but scrubbing the bathroom at 10:30pm on a Wednesday is a little ridiculous. Lord help me when I officially start nesting.
I’m feeling pretty good! My ankles swell a bit by nighttime, I’m a little tired (and have fallen asleep on the couch two nights in a row), and I had a hard time catching my breath yesterday, but otherwise I’m doing well.
I definitely feel huge. It’s gotten to the point where I can’t quite bend over correctly and I definitely can’t suck in to squeeze through small spaces.
Oh, and I’m HOT all the time (and I’m usually one of those people who is always feeezing!).
heartburn is out of control today. Has anybody found a good solution? Tums, hard cheese, ACV... they helped for a couple mins (except the ACV, that was a bad idea), but it’s back. Last night I had reflux so bad I woke up choking on it... I swear it was not nearly this bad last time.
26+1 Exhausted, bad reflux at night, kind of aches overall? Headaches but I think it's because I haven't had coffee all week and started drinking it again.
Oh yeah I finally feel like theres a human being in me. In that when I bend over it hurts cuz... there are bones! It’s pretty uncomfortable to do any bending now!
Lightning crotch has set in big this week. Heartburn and morning sickness still coming and going. Sleep is usually pretty interrupted (by peeing and general insomnia).
So much more movement this week and DH finally got to feel baby so trying to focus on the positives!
I *think* I might've just felt hiccups. It was very slight, but fast and rhythmic. All in the same spot. I have no idea if that's really what it was, but could've been it!
@sliztee I always go to the urgent care or minute clinic cause my OB makes me wait a day for the culture to prescribe the antibiotics vs urgent care just giving me the drugs so maybe there's an upside?
Overall feeling good. I've been having pain in the middle of my chest the past week or so, OB says it's the bottom of my breast bone flaring out to make room for baby because i have a small frame. It just feels like i got boob punched! I also have a lingering cramp on the left side of my pelvis, same issue from a growing belly.
Anyone else have foot pain?!? I'm not swollen but my feet feel like I was out dancing in 5" heels all night, even when I'm only on them for an hour or so! WTH!

Heartburn is my biggest issue right now.
The amount of pelvic pain and pressure is unreal. I also can’t breathe and my heartburn is awful. Pregnancy does not agree with me at all.

I think I might have a UTI.
Le sigh.
Um. That sounds like more suffering.
