Medical Insurance - Newborn

I and my children are on state insurance and paid 25 dollars for my last son the whole pregnancy and birth and 25 for this son. I'm very lucky to qualify I am just a thousand away from not qualifying for it being single with 2 kids.

We have BCBS through the school system. We will pay nothing out of pocket. We are fortunate enough to have no deductible.
