@purplegoldfish2 - Honestly, at this point, I would be looking for a new office. Putting up with that kind of service is BS.
I’m considering it, but I really like my dr and she was so great with my m/c, plus she was highly recommended by the dr that delivered my twins. I wanted somebody more laid back like my old dr, which she is.
I did go to another dr after the twin delivery and before this office and it was a complete mess - they couldn’t even order blood work correctly and when I had a m/c in their care it felt like a money grab, they were pushing a d&c and the NP told me she had to ask the dr if he would allow me to m/c naturally after I had started bleeding, as if I needed his permission... compared to that, this place is awesome! And really, the only issue I have with them is changing my appointment to a nurse without talking to me first (the receptionist yelling at me actually sounded kind of panicked when she started yelling, so I got the impression that she had other people calling and yelling a her when she couldn’t do what they wanted. I actually felt bad for her - not really an excuse for her to yell at me, but sometimes I don’t handle things as well as I should, so I try to give people a little more understanding.) I think I’m mostly frustrated because it’s this nurse - it’s my 3rd appointment with her and I don’t particularly care for her. I have 2 more appointments after the one next week (currently scheduled with drs) and will definitely be asking to be scheduled with doctors for the rest of them and to be notified if the provider changes.
