So I started taking Vitex.  It is a vitamin that helps regulating cycles and fertility.  Anyone else trying this as well or tried in the past?

Hey there. Please read the newbie pinned post at the top and jump into our daily threads. There is a WTO for waiting to ovulate and a TWW for two week wait. Have you talked to your doctor about taking vitamins capable of altering your cycle?

I haven't yet.  But I always had to take medicine to start my periods.  So I figured this would be worth a try.  Was just wondering about anyone else's experience

I would talk to a doctor before starting a supplement like this because from my understanding, the wrong dosage can really screw up your cycle. Don’t just buy some off the internet
