Trying to Get Pregnant

VITEX

So I started taking Vitex.  It is a vitamin that helps regulating cycles and fertility.  Anyone else trying this as well or tried in the past?

Hey there. Please read the newbie pinned post at the top and jump into our daily threads. There is a WTO for waiting to ovulate and a TWW for two week wait. There is a questions section where you can list this sort of thing to get a better response. One off posts are typically discouraged so that we don't have a mess of posts for every whim throughout the day. Board organization = sanity throughout an arduous ttc process. Also, you can change your username for the bump if you wish to and there's a newbie intro thread where you can introduce yourself to us. Welcome :)
People think we become mothers when we give birth but the truth is we become mothers the moment we start calling our babies to us in our thoughts, dreams and prayers. Some paths are short and some are so long that you can easily forget where you were headed.

How I feel all of the time.

  • Have you talked to your doctor about taking vitamins capable of altering your cycle?

  • I haven't yet.  But I always had to take medicine to start my periods.  So I figured this would be worth a try.  Was just wondering about anyone else's experience :)
  • I would talk to a doctor before starting a supplement like this because from my understanding, the wrong dosage can really screw up your cycle. Don’t just buy some off the internet
