Hi all. My name is Mo. I am currently, officially as of today, on FET day one.
This is a bit long but I’m so excited to find this community and give/get support! My partner is super supportive but I think he’s getting a little tired of hearing about all of the things, all of the time.
Re: Introducing Myself - Currently in FET cycle
Well, I had more stuff... but I'm assuming there is a character limit or something...
there is no character limit, but I have seen ladies say that if you're on mobile and try to insert an emoji it will cut off your post. i only use the desktop version so i'm not exactly sure about it - but i think as long as you use TB's emojis (rather than typing your own) it will be fine.

Hi all. My name is Mo. I am currently, officially as of today, on FET day one.

I have been on Lupron for the last 11 days. I am really excited and keeping my fingers crossed for my transfer on June 29th.
I’m 37 and have PCOS and this is my first time going through the IVF/FET process. Has been quite the journey so far, as I’m sure many of you can relate. We did five rounds of ovulation stimulation (Femara) with my OB last year and then moved on to starting the IVF process in December.
I had my egg retrieval in March. Thankful for great numbers however I developed OHSS which meant blowing up like a water balloon and having to be drained (43oz?!? That’s like a super big gulp! Lol) and was put on bedrest for 12 days that I hadn’t planned for. Numbers: 21 retrieved, 19 mature, 16 fertilized, 9 blastos, 7 PGS tested normal.
Had an FET scheduled for end of April but found out during that time that I needed to have surgery to have my gallbladder removed. Yikes, having lupron hot flashes and a gallbladder attack at the same time was... not fun... and a bit confusing since I hadn’t had a gallbladder attack before.
Now that I am healed up and cleared from my surgeon on the gallbladder surgery, I am VERY excited to be getting going again with this FET process.
Had my FET day 1 ultrasound this morning. No new cysts. Just waiting now on bloodwork and the “ok” to start estro pills/patches.
June 29th here I come!!!!
You should join the June 2018 FET thread - the ladies there are lovely and it helps a lot to have others going through the same thing with you.
I'm in the May FET thread and we're still virtually holding each other's hands.
Best of luck and FX for a BFP
