@middleschoolmommy with DD I had to have a scan at 18 weeks because they found mold in our apartment. She was nice and big and easily seen even though I started off with a titled uterus. I think you will be fine!

15 week gender reveal scan. The person we went to is the same one who told us DS was a boy. Anatomy scan isn't for another 3 weeks but with her experience we have no doubt she called it correctly. Bonus, you get a great shot of my placenta too, lol.

The anatomy scan went great today! The baby was wiggling around like crazy. The ultrasound tech started getting frustrated near the end because she was having trouble getting some measurements. I think it might be a girl! When they were taking shots of the femurs, I saw 3 little lines (and no penis) between the legs, but I could definitely be wrong since I don't know how to read ultrasounds. We'll find out officially tomorrow when we do the cupcake reveal with my mom. Pic of my sweet, healthy baby in the spoiler. I can't believe this perfect baby is growing inside of me! ETA: I was right--it's a girl!
So excited to see these ultrasounds! I have my 16 week on Thursday and hoping they do an ultrasound and we can find gender.. I've been told by my friends they won't do another one until the 20 week though.. I guess it's only 5 weeks away!
I get to find out when my anatomy scan is today. I have a check up this morningin about an hour! I wanna hear that heart beat so badly! I didn't get to with my first because baby was very hard to find.
I have the anatomy scan on Thursday (6/7). We already know the sex. I am anxious about it, especially worried something is going to be wrong with her heart. I took a lot of zofran early in the pregnancy, and although I know the chances are very small, I know there is an increased risk of heart defect with first trimester use of zofran.
Had my Anatomy Scan this morning! DH was able to come and I was so happy about that. Baby was moving around a ton! I felt bad after when DH told me that the tech and baby were moving so much that he felt he couldn’t really see what things were. He would get a baring for what was where, and then the baby or tech would move and he lost it again. Other than that though, everything looks great! Baby’s heartbeat was 151 and we were able to remain team green!
Baby was curled up in this crazy ball, you can sort of see in the first pic, their feet were kicking their forehead! So cute!

Everything looked great! They are actually doing another one at 22 weeks to make sure there aren’t any issues with her heart. Dr said it’s standard in the practice for first trimester zofran usage. She is still definitely a she!
@blovemama Yes, it's a girl! I posted in another thread, but I'll update my post here too! Congrats on your beautiful baby girl! Did she move much during the ultrasound? It's the best to see them wiggle around.
@offtoneverland yay! And she was pretty squirmy! With my son, the ultrasound tech had to keep jiggling my belly to get him to move so she could the measurements. He is a super laid back, easy kiddo, so given how active she was, it kind of makes me think this one is going to be more work, lol!
Had my 20 week anatomy scan today! Everything looks good with baby girl and she's measuring well.
They are gonna see me again at the beginning of September because my placenta was measuring a little close to my cervix (causing me to need a C-Section). But tech said things change a lot over that time. So we'll see. I'm just glad she's healthy and developing properly.
@melicee14 So funny, my baby was doing the same pose! You would think that would be so uncomfortable for them!!

Baby girl hates being crowded and poked. After chasing her around for over 5 minutes my OB had to use the sono to measure her heart rate (149). Yay for bonus baby viewing!
Had my anatomy scan this morning! We’ve got a little girl hanging out in there!

Anatomy scan went well today and the doctor said everything looked good. I have to go back in a couple weeks because baby was being stubborn and wouldn’t move their arm, which was putting a shadow over the heart, and baby wouldnt roll over enough, so they couldn’t get the pictures they wanted of the heart. I also have to go back again at 28 weeks as a routine follow up due to the above average NT measurement at 11 weeks. But today the doctor said everything looked normal and there were no concerns at this time.
