High risk with cramps. Only 4 weeks.

Im probably being over dramatic , but my previous two pregnancies have been high risk since my first was born 6 1/2 weeks early & my second was growing a little slowly around the second trimester. I just found out i was pregnant YESTERDAY but Im having constant cramps on and off. Im not bleeding though. I called the doctor and they said to come in Thursday for blood work. Am i over reacting for nothing ?
