  • @musicalmommy3 So glad to hear about your negative Zika results!  I have been wondering.  Mine came back negative on Monday as well. :relieved:

Like @mag1cbeli3ver said, we are all EDD Dec 1. I love seeing that picture - it's nice to think my baby should look something like that today  :)

  • @ab_canada and @mag1cbeli3ver thank you both so much for the kind words! I am so thrilled for this double rainbow baby!! My next ultrasound is June 8. When are you ladies going back in?

I have an ultrasound next week for the first trimester screen (genetic abnormality testing) but after that nothing until July 13. I don't know how I will be able to wait that long!

  • Yay @coco2787 we're due date buddies!!
  • knottie5c1efb00eb71f3a1 said: this was April 17th! Had a heartbeat of 145!!

  • @ab_canada Holy smokes! You’ll be almost ready to find out the sex by then!! Hope your screening test goes well. I decided to opt out of all of them - I said what will be will be! Good luck!
  • @countrygirl624
That's exactly it! In the beginning, they only schedule for viability/dating, first trimester screen, and anatomy scan. That's it until you get further along and then I'm not too sure..
But I have a doctor's appointment today and will ask how I'm supposed to know that everything is ok. They can probably tell by the hormone levels, so maybe there will be more bloodwork scheduled in between..

  • @ab_canada They’ll probably also check the heartbeat at most of your appointments. That’s how it was for me anyway. You don’t get to see them but hearing that heartbeat is definitely reassuring.

  • @ab_canada Thats how my doctor does it, too. Typically you come in for paperwork at 8 weeks and ever 4 weeks after that to hear the heartbeat. You do not typically get an ultrasound until 20 weeks.
  • @rosebud332 we are due date twins!

  • Ugh, I don't know how I will make it 2 more weeks!  All these us pics make me jealous. Happy for all you mommas though!
  • @katy0990 @rosebud332
You are right. I just had a Dr's appointment yesterday and they confirmed that they will use the Doppler starting with the next appointment, and regular appointments are every 4 weeks for now.

@kadeephd thanks so much!  I was so happy to hear it! I am so glad yours is negative as well!

They did review my ultrasound and found a cyst in my left ovary and a subchorionic hemorhage. Does the worrying ever stop???
  • @musicalmommy3 <3 I will be thinking of you & that you'll be able to find out more and gain some peace! That's very stressful.

  • @antsangel1118 reading this is making me tear up. I’m so happy for you that they could make an exception to their ultrasound rule.  <3
  • Oh, @antsangel1118 I'm sure it was a very bittersweet moment but Im so glad there was some happiness there.
  • @antsangel1118  this made me tear up also. I’m so happy you had some good news today.
  • @antsangel1118 I am so glad your doctor was compassionate and you got some joy on what I’m sure was a tough day.

@angela0822 I am glad your ER visit went well and you got to see the baby.
