Everyone looks so beautiful!! Love all the bumps! @nmtay I remember feeling that way around 37 weeks with DS and I only had ONE baby in there, so I can only imagine how badly you are ready for them to come out! You look great btw and although each day probably feels a million hours long, they will be here before you know it!
@loverin - surprizingly, my OB only took my blood twice - from the first visit, and then at the 1hr glucose test. Maybe I should explicitly ask next time and mention just how tired I feel. I actually do feel better after upping my meat intake, so iron is a big suspect here.
Hope your contractions slow down a bit, this must be very unsettlng this early!
@helloworld9 - I got 5 different free-bee bags from differnt stores by creating registries everywhere - Amazon, Target, BabiesRus (right before they announced the closure), BuyBuyBay, and BabyList! Amazon was one of the best, but Target and BabyList were nice too.
@hopeful_mom - sorry about your cold. You're just can't get a break with all the health problems ever since the beginning Hope it clears out soon and you'll be able to enjoy the last few months!
@Holls214 - my baby hiccups at night too! and it's so weird, because unlike an adult, they're only a few seconds apart, and first time I was so scared about what's going on! I had to frantically google it in the middle of the night to be able to calm down
Loving all the bump pictures!!!! here is mine at 30w3d (still very much a vertical football ):

Me: 37 DH: 45 I don't produce FSH, so no natural menstrual cycle. DH has reduced morphology. Summer 2014 IUI (with first husband): cancelled after almost a month of stims due to too many follicles Time off to divorce, get back on my feet, find a new hubby and get married again 💑 March 2017 IVF#1: ~70 follicles, 13R, 10M, 7F, 3B = 2 PGS Normal (both XY) - no transfer due to ohss Sept 2017 FET#1: BFP, Beta#1 (10dpt) - 253, Beta#2 (12dpt) - 528, DS born 05/31/2018 👨👩👦 Dec 2019 FET#2: BFN Changed clinic, planning March 2020 IVF#2 - postponed due to the pandemic April 2020 IVF #2: ~30 follicles, 24R, 12M, 8F, 4B = 2XY & 2XX, all normal Sept 2020 FET#3: one XX embryo, BFP, Beta#1 (9dpt) - 161, Beta#2 (11dpt) - 519, Beta#3 (19dpt) - 7174, Due date 05/30/2021 DD born 05/23/2021 👨👩👧👦 - My family is now complete
Well, I don't exactly belong here anymore -- baby girl arrived early last week! She's perfect and doing wonderfully; we've been home for about a week now.
It's a bit of a whirlwind story, but I had gone into the hospital to get a scan since I didn't feel quite right about her movement and my OB's office had no techs that late on a Friday. She was absolutely fine - bouncing all over the place, just where I couldn't feel much - but I was not so fine as my blood pressure was continuing to creep up despite the meds I had been on. I got admitted for monitoring, blood work and 24 hr urine (fun). My blood pressure normalized without additional meds, but the perinatologist was concerned since my liver levels kept getting progressively worse after being normal on the day of my admission. It wasn't anything alarming, but the general feeling was that things could turn on a dime and it would be best for her to come a little bit early. He said he was being cautiously aggressive, mostly because being an IVF pregnancy he considered it very precious. We tried an induction but I didn't progress at all after 12 hours on cervidil, so I opted to just go to a c/sect since I didn't want to risk her getting stressed by too much trying to force labor.
So, she arrived happy and healthy last week with 9/9 apgars and at almost 6 lbs! She is doing fabulously, no jaundice or other common preemie issues, eating like a champ. She only lost 3% of her weight after birth and the doctor expects that she'll regain that quickly since she's eating well (fingers crossed). The nurses were all, "oh, your dates must have been wrong; she seems very mature" and I was, "Uh, no, that is one thing I'm sure about!" hehe
And, perhaps somewhat more importantly, I felt like a different person after the delivery, like night and day. I sorta wonder now if the malaise that I had developed over the past few weeks had been my body's way of telling me things weren't quite right. Everything is returning to normal and my recovery has been pretty quick from the c/s.

@nmtay I did try aloe! It felt so good but it was only a temporary fix, I'd start scratching again a couple hours later. And you look awesome! Our bodies are amazing & you seriously look great carrying two babies
@mbradfo2 Congrats!! How wonderful to hear you and the baby are doing well!
AFM I had my 36w-ish appointment today. I saw the baby on the ultrasound and WOW what a huge difference from 20w which was the last ultrasound I had. You can even see details like the eyelashes. The baby is measuring 6 lbs 1 oz, which the doctor says is 47th percentile. So I'm glad it's within average range so far! It's crazy to think 6 lbs of baby is crammed inside my belly now. No wonder I feel so big and tired all the time. Now it's down to weekly appointments. Surreal. Time flew by.
My TTC journey:

Mmm chocolate cake sounds pretty good right now I had a caramel apple yesterday at the mall with another preggo friend. She wanted one (it never crossed my mind) and as soon as she said it I had to have one too & it was A-MAZING. I feel like the food thread will need to be revived haha
I agree and with pictures too. Yum yum caramel apple. Haven’t had one of those in years .
