Has anyone else had this issue? I'm really scared

I had my first ultrasound at five weeks showing yolk sac, went back for second and there was embryo with no heartbeat and then I see stuff like this Online  . "For example, if the initial ultrasonogram shows a gestational sac with a yolk sac and a follow-up scan obtained at least 11 days later does not show an embryo with cardiac activity, the diagnosis of failed pregnancy is established." I've already lost two pregnancies.

@lindselew 11 days didn't pass between your first and second ultrasound, right?  So there is time before you have to worry!

Well it was ten days. the first time was just a yolk sac and this time there was embryo but no heartbeat. So I wonder if the first one they measured me further than I was idk.

Basically it was ten days in between but the embryo was not seen the first time. This second time it was andnit measured 5 weeks six days
