I had my first transvaginal US today, at 7w 6d. Gestational sac, but no yolk sac, no baby, no fetal pole. They're saying it was a blighted ovum, and that my gestational sac even stopped growing a week ago. I'm devastated. 
I wish all of you ladies the best of luck, and beautiful, healthy babies!

**edited to add that a lot of us have had blighted ovums and gone on to have successful pregnancies after (myself included). I hope this brings you at least a little comfort.
