GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think?
R/R: Rant: My DH had 2 coworkers called in yesterday due to snow, so he didn't get to do his second SA. Boo. We'll have to wait until next Monday now. Rave: My nurse called me yesterday and I go in for my HSG today at 3:30p! I'm so glad they were able to get me scheduled because I didn't want to have to wait another month. Surprisingly, they said they don't typically prescribe any pain relievers/anxiety medications for prior to the procedure, but I asked! I've heard so many horror stories! She's supposed to call me back today.
CS/Q: None at the moment.
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think? Fifty Shades Freed haha. I liked it! Of course not as good as the book, but movies never are!
R/R: all rave today: feeling a little better today. My voice is starting to come back. I slept pretty good for the first time in weeks. Starting to feel like a human again. Also i have lost like 5 pounds with all these illnesses!
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think? Annihilation. It was pretty good except for like the last 10 minutes. DH and I left going whhhhhhat... And not in a good way. I'm really excited to see A Quiet Place next month!
R/R: I’m only working 3 days this week!! We get a random day off because of
spring break and since I already only work 4 days a week I get to have a super
short week. I just wish it were going to be warmer out! Come on spring! Another
rave (because I’ve been too ranty lately) I’m organizing my Pinterest food
board. And I’m really enjoying it! I really need to get on this band wagon of
eating healthy. Seriously, my whole adult life, nearly every meal has been
eaten out… I just keep putting it off to get into the habit of cooking and meal
planning. Which is ridiculous on my part. I should really care more about what
I put into my body. I love food so much and every meal can/should be a party in
my mouth!!!
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think?
The last one we went to
was the newest Star Wars movie… it was good.
@meladams10 I’m so glad
you’re able to get in right away! That sucks YH wasn’t able to do the SA.
Hopefully next week won’t interfere with your FW?
@kath525 Yay for feeling
better and losing 5 pounds! I gained 5 over the weekend… sad/depressed eating
of Cinnabon!

R/R: Had to come into work today despite the nor’easter/blizzard. Definitely going to duck out early if I can.
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think? We saw The Shape of Water. I really liked it- it ended up being a really sweet and weird love story, definitely not a standard monster movie. The weekend before that I had seen the new Star Wars, which I had really mixed feelings about.
@meladams10 Yay for getting your HSG done this cycle! That’s great that they got you in.
@kath525 I’m glad you’re on the upswing- all that sickness sounds rough.
@LJMoon6 Yay for only 3 days of work this week! I'm with you.. where is Spring?! We just got 5 inches of snow yesterday, after getting basically nothing during the winter months, lol! I love organizing my Pinterest board as well. A little OCD never hurt anybody I get so many recipes off Pinterest! I'm not sure if my FW will be next week or not because I had a very short cycle this past month. Lesson learned though, and I will be doing OPKs beginning like.. CD9! Annoying.. but I definitely don't want to miss O again!
@LJMoon6 awesome on the short week! I need to join back in on the healthy eating, I fell off the bandwagon when I hurt my ankle and haven't really gotten back on it yet.
@lin0442 sorry about needing to go in to work, I hope you can leave early. Be safe when you get to leave!
@kobrien827 Thank you! I will definitely let you know how it goes. I find it bizarre that my nurse didn't even tell me to take ibuprofen after all the internet horror stories I've read. She really acted like it was no big deal at all? I am putting it into the universe that both of us will have wonderful results!
@meladams10 – Sorry about the SA but I’m glad you’re
getting your HSG over and done with! You should be able to take some Tylenol an
hour in advance of the procedure (but no ibuprofen). You’ll do great J Again: stay away from
the horror stories! And speaking of FSOG, you should go on YouTube and look up “fifty
shades of grey parody train set.” You will not be disappointed. ****TW child
mentioned**** My MIL said that’s my train-obsessed son’s future. I died
laughing because it seems about right.
@Kath525 – illness-related weight loss is the only silver
lining to getting sick in the first place lol Glad you’re feeling better!
@LJMoon6 – it takes a while, but learning how to cook
good food is extremely liberating. Let us know if you try something really
tasty and share! I love discovering new recipes! One of my new faves is
something called “crack slaw” which is a stupid name but it tastes like
pot-sticker filling. Very good and healthful. I used chicken sausage instead of
ground beef. You’ll find it on Pinterest
@lin0442 – boo for having to work during a blizzard!!
Hope you can leave early.
@Stargazer1lily@fantasyflyte – now I feel bad
complaining about 40’s and overcast when I realize so many folks are dealing
with snow. Yuck. Come on, Mother Nature, it’s mid-March! Spring should be
springing by now!
R/R: Rave: I bought a bunch of heirloom veggie seeds and
I am so. freaking. excited. to start my garden. I have French breakfast
radishes which I’ll put outside this week, and seeds for two varieties of heirloom
tomatoes (one yellow, one purple), beets, sweet peas, Swiss chard, Italian
green beans, purple carrots, and marketer cucumbers. Tricked out garden, for
real. I also bought two American plum trees to go along with my persimmons, and
I have strawberry plants that are currently over-wintering in my garage and
should produce mass quantities of fruit this summer. I CAN’T WAIT!!!
CS/Q: I do have a question for anyone familiar with FSH
injections. Last night I was supposed to take 125 iu of my Gonal-F and I was
down to my last few drops. I managed to squeeze out 112.5 iu’s. I’m getting
another pen today so I can take more. I’m just wondering if I should make up
the 12.5 right when I get it and take 125 iu later or if I should just take it
all together tonight for 137.5 ius? I dunno. I should probably ask my RE but if
anyone else has had this happen would be nice to hear.
GTKY: I don’t think I’ve been to the movies since I saw
Mockingjay a few years ago. It was good. Not mind-blowing but it wasn’t that
bad. There haven’t been any movies recently that I really, really want to see
in theater. I’ve heard Black Panther is good.
R/R: I have to go home and at noon to be there for the internet guy. Which means half day for this girl! Whoop whoop! Rant: H forwarded our mail to the wrong address and we haven't gotten any mail. I'm super annoyed that he didn't double check but I'm trying not to freak out at him because he had a lot going on and I couldn't help him with any of it. I wish he had asked me to forward our mail. Lesson in communication...
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think? The newest star wars. It was good.
@Kath525 I'm glad you're feeling better! Being sick suuucks.
@LJMoon6 Horray for short weeks! It took me until about six months ago to really start cooking. Before that I was making like the same 4 things every week which I hate. The best thing I did is start grocery shopping for the whole week. It made it a lot easier to already have a plan and food ready to go. I found once I was a couple months in I had a bunch of recipes I was able to switch out each week and I generally try to make one new thing a week if I can.
@holly321 Congrats on being off the bench!! Woohoo!
@wishiwaspreggo Your garden sounds amazing. I wish we had a yard so I could do something like that. Mh would be in heaven.
Month/Cycle: 2/2

WAYDTGKU: opk, pnv, preseed
R/R: I'm sorry to all you folks who are experiencing snow. My rave is it is NOT snowing! It missed us. I am happy. Rant is we had a rough night over here and I'm frickin tired. I'm fantasizing about the nap I will hopefully get to take today.
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think? Last Jedi. No way was mh gonna miss that one. I really enjoyed it. I think they are fun movies.
R/R: Upheaval at my office today so super stressed here (which is why I'm getting over here so late) Rave so far I'm ok, but lots of change... I just need a large glass of whiskey to get through this day lol
CS/Q: I can see this cycle is going to be one where my CF is going to try to confuse me...
(TMI) I'm having gobs of what looks like ewcf... but I KNOW its not time for it... my guess is my body is bonkers going off all those hormones the past couple months... Luckily I have my handy dandy microscope and I can see there is no ferning... so NOT FQCF. It some other kind of creamy but clear and stretchy..... way to try to fake me out, ute!
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think? Black Panther... I was blown away!!! Loved it
@meladams10 I'm sorry your DH didn't get to do his SA, but glad you'll get to go in today for your HSG! Good luck!!
@Kath525 Glad you're feeling better! I've heard really good things about Annihilation! Though I didn't realize there was a twist ending! I'm even more curious now!
@LJMoon6 Yay for random day off and yay for healthy cooking! I am so excited for you to get into cooking. I find it so relaxing and fun, and it's amazing what you can learn to make, just by looking up and following cool recipes.
@lin0442 Sorry you had to come into work despite a blizzard! Good luck with ducking out early. And I am dying to see the Shape of Water! I love Guillermo Del Toro. Pan's Labyrinth is one of my favorite movies, and he came to do a talk at our film school years back and he was SO nice and funny. My favorite speaker we ever had!
@Stargazer1lily I also haven't been to the movies in forever. It's seriously been multiple years! I just wait til everything is on Netflix.
@fantasyflyte Sorry you're dealing with so much snow, but good that you get to work from home at least!
@holly321 No longer benched and a positive OPK - so excited for you!!!
@wishiwaspreggo Oh my gosh your garden sounds aaaaaamazing. We have a tiny lil balcony garden and I can't wait until we have a yard one day so I can have a big, awesome garden like the one you're planning.
@galactickates Yay for a half day! And boo for the forwarded mail to the wrong address, that really sucks! Are you able to get the mail back from the address he forwarded it to?
@rosebud332 Sorry you had a rough night and hope you get that nap!
Month/Cycle: 2/2 **TW after 2 losses end TW**
CD: 12
WAYDTGKU: PNV, husband on preconception vitamins, OPK, HIO, trying to lose weight to get to a healthier BMI.
R/R: Rave: I got a positive OPK this morning! Thank you again to @suzycupcake and @zamora_spin who recommended getting cheapies. I have been using them and testing multiple times a day and I like them SO MUCH better than the First Response tests. Finally got a line as strong as the control line first thing this am, so we will be HIO tonight and tomorrow night! Rant: Must've pushed my foot a little too far yesterday with the little lunch time walk I did, cause it's hurting again. Gonna take it easy today and hopefully it's all good tomorrow or the next day to walk again.
CS/Q: Not a chart question specifically, but when do you move over to TWW? The day after you get a positive OPK? Or two days? Or once you start getting negative ones again. (Sorry for the one million OPK questions this cycle.)
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think? Maybe this is a FFFC on Tuesday, but...I have not been to a movie theater to see a movie in like three years. Not on purpose, just busy and the convenience of watching on netflix beats a theater every time for me lately. But a friend loaned me a screener of Ladybird, so that's the most recent movie I watched. I liked it! Though, as a girl who grew up literally in Sacramento then moved away to the big city I found it ever so slightly boring because I already lived that? Lol. I thought it was really well done though and the acting, writing and directing were all great. It's rare to see a coming of age story from a girl's point of view (I feel like they are a million movies with a boy coming of age) so that was a welcome change.
@maureenmce Thank you! Yay for your positive OPK! Those cheapies really are the best tests to use! I move over to TWW after my temps confirm ovulation. I've been wanting to see Ladybird too! It had lots of nominations at the Oscar's.
@meladams10 I usually start my OPKs on CD 10. But the last
few months have been really short ones for me, so CD13 O day always surprises
me lol. The problem I have with Pinterest is I never know if the recipe is actually
a good one or not.
@fantasyflyte Sorry for the snow. I have never eaten healthy…
I always come up with some excuse to put it off. I have no excuses now. Plus I
have motivation now, so no more excuses!
@holly321 I’m so excited for you! What perfect timing!
@wishiwaspreggo My problem isn’t with just cooking good
food, it’s with just cooking in general. Once it becomes a habit I know I will
most likely enjoy it. I just need it to become a habit first lol. I need to set aside a designated day every
week and just plan! I’m also planning on having a garden this year… With my
black thumb it’s probably going to be a disaster.
@galactickates I love random excuses to get out of work! Enjoy
your half day!
@rosebud332 Yay for the snow missing you! I hate eating the
same thing over and over again too. I swear MH could live off of the same meal
for the rest of his life, I don’t understand it. I think once I establish a habit of cooking
then it will become more enjoyable… until then I just keep pushing it off.
@dragonette505 Sorry
for your stress at work! I know I just need to jump in head first. I keep
telling myself that I will slowly start cooking more and more and it just doesn’t
happen. I also keep hoping MH would get on board and help with the planning and
that doesn’t happen either…
@maureenmce So I’m not the best cook… so that might be why I
haven’t really gotten into it yet. Or maybe it’s just the recipes I keep
finding. They’re all duds! It couldn’t possibly be me! Yay for positive OPK. I
love the cheapies too!

@fantasyflyte Do you find it difficult to work from home?
@holly321 Yay for no more benchiness. That b&*ch! And yay for a +opk. Get your freak on girl!
@wishiwaspreggo I don't have experience with the injectables, but I can say that if it were me, I'd just not worry about it and take the next dose like usual and not more than to make up for anything. Well, okay, I'd like to think I wouldn've have any anxiety about it lol
I love gardening! I've probably already said that here. I forget a lot of what I say. Anyway, how will you go about planting? Do you have a specific process? I'd love to hear about it.
@galactickates The wrong address as in you cannot go get your mail?
@rosebud332 I hope you were able to take a nap and sorry you had a rough night. Did you end up getting out over the weekend?
@dragonette505 Sorry the day is so stressful. I hope that it comes down for you soon. This is for you:
@maureenmce yay for cheapie opk and yay for your positive! hio girl! I think O is supposed to happen 24-36 hours after the lh surge. Since you aren't temping, maybe that will help you time it too.

At least I didn't sleep in today though. Also, the novarel injection cost me $159! It's a specialty med so no discount can be gotten. Ugh these things. Oooh the internet just found me a 15% rebate.
CS/Q: No
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think? I went to see a movie with MH and some coworkers a couple of years ago. I honestly don't remember what the movie was or what it was about. Some super hero movie.

WAYDTGKU: the usual :P

WAYDTGKU:bbt,cm,opk,hio
R/R:Meh It`s snowing
CS/Q:nope
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think? TBH I haven`t been to the movies in forever.

WAYDTGKU: pnv, bd, opks, charting
R/R: Rant - so. much. snow. again.
Rave - working from home today and no temp spike this morning yet so we have an extra FW day from what I expected.
CS/Q: nope
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think? Frozen...which seems extra appropriate today.
@meladams10 sorry about the delayed SA but good luck today!
@Kath525 glad you're starting to feel better!
CD: 12
WAYDTGKU: pnv, opks, temping
R/R: still elated for being cleared. Also, I got a positive opk today!
CS/Q: none
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think? The last Jedi. I enjoyed it.
@LJMoon6, enjoy your shortened week!
@lin0442, I hope you get out of work and get home safe.
@fantasyflyte Thank you!
@holly321 Thank you and yay for your positive OPK!

@meladams10 – Sorry about the SA but I’m glad you’re getting your HSG over and done with! You should be able to take some Tylenol an hour in advance of the procedure (but no ibuprofen). You’ll do great J Again: stay away from the horror stories! And speaking of FSOG, you should go on YouTube and look up “fifty shades of grey parody train set.” You will not be disappointed. ****TW child mentioned**** My MIL said that’s my train-obsessed son’s future. I died laughing because it seems about right.
@Kath525 – illness-related weight loss is the only silver lining to getting sick in the first place lol Glad you’re feeling better!
@LJMoon6 – it takes a while, but learning how to cook good food is extremely liberating. Let us know if you try something really tasty and share! I love discovering new recipes! One of my new faves is something called “crack slaw” which is a stupid name but it tastes like pot-sticker filling. Very good and healthful. I used chicken sausage instead of ground beef. You’ll find it on Pinterest
@lin0442 – boo for having to work during a blizzard!! Hope you can leave early.
@Stargazer1lily @fantasyflyte – now I feel bad complaining about 40’s and overcast when I realize so many folks are dealing with snow. Yuck. Come on, Mother Nature, it’s mid-March! Spring should be springing by now!
@holly321 – Hooray for your positive OPK!!!

WAYDTGKU: Gonal-F, Ovidrel, IUI, Endometrin
R/R: Rave: I bought a bunch of heirloom veggie seeds and I am so. freaking. excited. to start my garden. I have French breakfast radishes which I’ll put outside this week, and seeds for two varieties of heirloom tomatoes (one yellow, one purple), beets, sweet peas, Swiss chard, Italian green beans, purple carrots, and marketer cucumbers. Tricked out garden, for real. I also bought two American plum trees to go along with my persimmons, and I have strawberry plants that are currently over-wintering in my garage and should produce mass quantities of fruit this summer. I CAN’T WAIT!!!
CS/Q: I do have a question for anyone familiar with FSH injections. Last night I was supposed to take 125 iu of my Gonal-F and I was down to my last few drops. I managed to squeeze out 112.5 iu’s. I’m getting another pen today so I can take more. I’m just wondering if I should make up the 12.5 right when I get it and take 125 iu later or if I should just take it all together tonight for 137.5 ius? I dunno. I should probably ask my RE but if anyone else has had this happen would be nice to hear.
GTKY: I don’t think I’ve been to the movies since I saw Mockingjay a few years ago. It was good. Not mind-blowing but it wasn’t that bad. There haven’t been any movies recently that I really, really want to see in theater. I’ve heard Black Panther is good.
CD: 11
WAYDTGKU: everything

@galactickates Woohoo for a half day of work!
@rosebud332 Thank you!
CD: 13
WAYDTGKU: prep for FET
R/R: Upheaval at my office today so super stressed here (which is why I'm getting over here so late) Rave so far I'm ok, but lots of change... I just need a large glass of whiskey to get through this day lol
CS/Q: I can see this cycle is going to be one where my CF is going to try to confuse me...
GTKY: What is the last movie you went to? What did you think? Black Panther... I was blown away!!! Loved it
meladams10 good luck today!!
Kath525 Glad you are feeling better!
LJMoon6 I'm a food lover too! I am also a meal planner, so I can tell you, it can be challenging in the beginning, but its so satisfying
lin0442 ugh... sorry you are having all the snow! They were calling for it for my city, but its just rain and we are so happy!
Stargazer1lily I don't go to the movies much anymore either... with movies coming out on digital so soon I usually just wait
fantasyflyte aww man... love that you can work from home!
holly321 OMG!!! How did I miss that you got cleared!!! YES!!!
wishiwaspreggo I keep trying to grow things... some years I get the random squash or tomato... but I don't have the green thumb
galactickates Yay for half day. Boo that your mail is going who knows where! Hopefully its an easy fix??
rosebud332 The snow missed us too!!! Happy dancing!

@meladams10 I usually start my OPKs on CD 10. But the last few months have been really short ones for me, so CD13 O day always surprises me lol. The problem I have with Pinterest is I never know if the recipe is actually a good one or not.
@fantasyflyte Sorry for the snow. I have never eaten healthy… I always come up with some excuse to put it off. I have no excuses now. Plus I have motivation now, so no more excuses!
@holly321 I’m so excited for you! What perfect timing!
@wishiwaspreggo My problem isn’t with just cooking good food, it’s with just cooking in general. Once it becomes a habit I know I will most likely enjoy it. I just need it to become a habit first lol. I need to set aside a designated day every week and just plan! I’m also planning on having a garden this year… With my black thumb it’s probably going to be a disaster.
@galactickates I love random excuses to get out of work! Enjoy your half day!
@rosebud332 Yay for the snow missing you! I hate eating the same thing over and over again too. I swear MH could live off of the same meal for the rest of his life, I don’t understand it. I think once I establish a habit of cooking then it will become more enjoyable… until then I just keep pushing it off.
@dragonette505 Sorry for your stress at work! I know I just need to jump in head first. I keep telling myself that I will slowly start cooking more and more and it just doesn’t happen. I also keep hoping MH would get on board and help with the planning and that doesn’t happen either…
@maureenmce So I’m not the best cook… so that might be why I haven’t really gotten into it yet. Or maybe it’s just the recipes I keep finding. They’re all duds! It couldn’t possibly be me! Yay for positive OPK. I love the cheapies too!

@Kath525 I'm glad that you are feeling better. Did you try the eucerin?
@LJMoon6 Kudos to you for wanting to take steps to eating healthier! Lol @ party in mouth bit.
@lin0442 What did you like most about the movie? I've been thinking about seeing it but I don't know.
@Stargazer1lily Are you getting hit with the storm too?

R/R: Rave. Thank goodness it really was the femara that gave me the lh surge last week. Started opk again last night and it was negative. Rant. I need to get up off of my butt.
