We are trying to conceive and I have been waking up with a very stuffy nose. When I blow my nose there are streaks of blood in the tissue. Could this be a sign of very early pregnancy?

If it is enough blood to fill a pad or tampon, it’s your period.  If it isn’t, see above for @dragonette505 ‘s answer. 



I would presume tampons without applicators would work best in this case.

My guess is you’re picking your nose too much but you should probably take a pregnancy test just in case nose bleeding is a brand new sign of pregnancy you’ll be famous for discovering it.

FFMC - I once had a bloody nose during the TWW and I googled if it was an early pregnancy symptom since I never have nose bleeds. According to Dr. Google bloody nose is an early pregnancy symptom, but so is pretty much everything.

@ladymillil If we are confessing similar SS to drive-bys, the one last week asking about gas as a symptom was totally me this last TWW. Also happens around O for me

I was pregnant 3 times and each time I got a stuffy nose/cold so I believe it is a sign! And yes so is a lot of gas

 I have had a stuffy nose since October.  I need my tonsils removed.

You may need to invest in a good humidifier. Nose bleeds can happen during pregnancy, but in the absence of a +HPT? I would just chalk it up to allergy season. Good luck!
