@kristimh80 - I love the essential oil too - I have a diffuser.  Not sure if I have peppermint though.  I'd have to check.  I was chewing on ginger gum - that helps too.

WTF ladies I got my prog result at 1.7 - usually its 14 so I don't think I actually ovulated.  I left message for nurse to let her know and that I want something to start this period stat!  what a nightmare cycle.  Medicated route not for me cause I always ovulate on my own.

@vlagrl29 Because I'm a google crazy lol I googled progestrone and when you start yourt period it's suposed to be very low...so many AF is on the way

@kristimh80 - well I had it drawn what would have been 7dpo.  Last friday I had spotting that was pretty heavy and I continued to spot for 4-5 days then it stopped as of a couple days ago.  Each day it got lighter.  Not ever was it a heavy red flow.  Do you suppose that was my period?  Well the nurse said I could use provera to start my period but I think I'm going to wait a week and see what happens.

@vlagrl29 You never know when dealing with these meds and hormones. When I got off BCP in January, I started spotting like that for a few days like trying to be a period and really wasn't, then went away when started shots. Sometimes these meds manipulate your cycles, so def a chance! Hopefully, it'll come this weekend for you.

Well I realized today due to some CM that in fact that probably was  my period that came last weekend in the form of heavier spotting that tappered off.  The CM I noticed today is like what I usually have at the beginning of my cycles.  so technically I'm CD8.  I'm not going to  take the Provera - I just want my body to heal.  I did leave a message to see if they could do an adrenal lab on me.

@vlagrl29 Yes, give your body time to heal. I hate Being all whacked out on hormones and it throws everything off!!  Are you feeling better??

@ndz2018 basically my only things left are always tired and nausea dry heave in morning. Oh and random hot flash last night.  Still keeping up with routine but have to usually lay down during afternoon. Going to bed earlier. 

Re wants me to start prometrium but I'm scared of hormones right now. I'm going to wait and see what my cm changes tell me.

This weeekend has been better.  I've gotten more sleep and feel more rested.  Just the dry heave in the morning which is weird but my naturopath thinks that's because my hormones are still not where they usually are.  I got some fertile CM today so I know I'm into my next cycle.  Not going to take provera.  She wants me to pick up a liquid detox today - it's an entire body detox.  She also told me to use essential oils but I don't really know how to lol.

but on the sad side my DD got sick yesterday fever and nausea - she does this alot.  Taking her to the doc today and tomorrow I need to call an ENT.  We need those tonsils out.

@vlagrl29 Yeah I would wait it out too. If you’re getting CM now then your AF is around the corner. If your don’t wind up getting it in the next few weeks I’d reconsider then. And hopefully it’s a normal AF so you feel like you’re back to normal yourself. Sorry to hear DD sick feel better little one.
