**ETA: Things seem dead AF around here (or maybe that's just me) so decided to give this week's UO a theme.  What's your least favorite drink? Alcoholic or otherwise.  What makes you gag at the thought of drinking? - Please stick to things normally consumed... obviously ipecac would make us all gag to drink (... unless you like ipecac, than let us tell you how gross you are).

I don’t drink alcohol at all. Family history of substance abuse issues. Beyond that, I hate Dr Pepper. And it’s not really a “drink”, but liquid barium is the worst thing ever to have to drink.

Non-alcoholic: Dr Pepper, root beer, and egg nog.

Gin martinis. I went out drinking with my high school bestie when I visited him in California and he kept buying me drinks all day. I'd reached my limit when he came waltzing to the table with a gin martini that must've been a gallon deep. It was at a nice restaurant so I knew it was probably really expensive so I smiled through the pain and expressed my gratitude by drinking every drop.

2 hours later I was puking so hard I peed myself on the hotel bed. I left a $40 tip when I checked out. I really, really hope that was enough but in hindsight I probably should've tipped double

@eleven_ Yes! Jager is cringeworthy. Can’t stomach straight tequila either (although I also have no interest in - or tolerance for straight liqueur these days... )

@Spylon I LOVE eggnog! Easily one of my favorite parts of the holidays!

@galactickates and @spylon Whiskey is the best, and my go to alcohol.  DH says I drink like a man

@wishiwaspreggo, gin martinis take some getting used too.  That was nice of you to force your way through it.

Milk is disgusting.  Otherwise, I am not too picky.  While I don't dislike it necessarily, peppermint schnapps makes me sick.  Most wines are gross too.  I can tolerate some moscatos, and an occasional sweet red wine.
Beer is gross too.  I could drink a Stella Artois if I was dying of dehydration

@dreamscapes_, I have a family history of substance abuse, and never touched alcohol until I was 29.  Now I love it, but am very controlled about how much I drink.

@lokibear89, I think tequila is pretty gross top, but occasionally like a margarita.

@tessiesmom26, red bull is gross. I can't get it close to my mouth because the smell.

@galactickates YAS! Milk (specifically whole milk) makes me want to gag.  Although... love me some chocolate milk on occasion.  

@dreamscapes_ ha... MH's uncle has a Dr. Pepper "problem" like it's ALL he drinks.  He hides it in random places in his kitchen.  Fun story: H & I were cooking dinner there one night to celebrate H's grandma's birthday, I opened a drawer to look for a spoon and found a bottle of Dr. Pepper.  Opened a cupboard to get flour out... there's a bottle of Dr. Pepper.  Went to get a hand towel out of the linen closet... Bottle of Dr. Pepper.  

@tessiesmom26 no. Pineapple is delicious.  And Redbull tastes like HS.  I don't particularly like it, but sometimes you gotta feel like your heart will beat out of your chest

@spylon HA! Whiskey is awesome.  Why would 16 year old ruin that for you?

@eleven_ OMG! Agreed! Not gonna lie, I'll choke down a jagerbomb if I'm forced to, but BARF!  Black licorice is VILE!

AFM: Cherry flavored vodka.  18 year old me + St. Patricks Day + Cherry Flavored Three Olives Vodka = Coconuts puking into a garbage bag in the backseat of a friends car followed by the worst hang over of my life! Also spiced rum, (LOVE black spiced rum though).  Again, 16 year old Coconuts tried drinking with older brother.  I blacked out, there are photos of me laying on the floor with my head in a box, I have ZERO recollection.  Moral of the story: stay away from spiced rum (specifically Capt. Morgan).

@holly321 Same. I HATE when MH opens a red bull in the car because it's all I can smell.

@lurvleybunchococonuts I say the same thing about gin tasting like Christmas! DH always laughs at me. It tastes like pine trees 

Tequila is life! Salt plus a lime or orange juice and it's the BEST.

I hate soy milk...vodka, beer, gin...lots of different liquors really. Whiskey is the only one I can drink

@josie12367 - as a general rule I always eat/drink everything people give me because I think it's really rude and ungrateful to refuse. Likewise, I get a little peeved when I serve food to someone who's a picky eater and they either complain or don't eat. I don't care if I don't like it - I will clean my plate as a sign of gratitude. Maybe not the healthiest thing to do... lol

@lurvleybunchococonuts - *GAG* Cherry vodka?? Bleh!! Three Olives needs to stop with the flavored vodkas. Absolutely nasty. Only a teenager could drink that so it's irresponsible manufacturing!

Egg nog is beyond disgusting. Just smelling it makes me gag. also agreeing with @Spylon that whiskey/rye alcohol is super gross.

I hate eggnog, too. I actually have a funny story about it involving my husband, since he LOVES eggnog. He has this little cup holder thing that sits on the arm of the couch. The first holiday season we were together, I was at his apartment one day sitting on the couch. I could smell something foul and couldn't figure out what it was. Eventually, I saw that there was a short glass, only maybe an inch and a half taller than the crevice in the cup holder IN the cup holder, with this horrible residue inside it. He'd been drinking eggnog and left the glass in the cup holder for DAYS. This was almost four years ago and I still tease him about it.

+1 for Red Bull being disgusting. Any energy drink makes me gag.

It doesn't make sick, but I don't get the appeal of coconut water.

Root Beer! YUCK! If I smell it I gag. If I think about it I gag. I can't imagine how that tastes good to anyone!

@eleven_ Omg, I used to drink Jagar all the time in college. And Jagar bombs! I don't know how I did it. I HATE licorice. I can't drink it now...
@lokibear89 I hate tequila, I've never liked it. If I can taste it in margaritas, I can't drink it.
@tessiesmom26 I love Redbull!! Haha. I actually like the sugar free version better!
@Spylon Just the thought off egg nog GROSSES me out. Hubby made some one year and it stayed in our fridge for a whole year before he drank it. YUCK!!
@meggyme Ew yeah I forgot about cocnut water. I tried it and thought it was disgusting. I wish I liked it since it's supposed to be good for you. Haha. I'm not a fan of coconut in general unless it's a Pina Colada. Haha

@josie12367 Soya milk is awful. I much prefer almond milk. *However* There was a brand of chocolate milk in Belgium that I loved- Alpro. They had banana milk, too. The chocolate was my daily jam.

There is this nasty chia seed drink near the POM juice. Tea from a concentrate (vs brewed) is gross. MH made me a tea snob. Folgers coffee- barf-o-rama. 

I cannot/do not really drink alcoholic beverages, save the once every other month glass of white wine. Everyone’s booze answers made me want to barf.

Other UO:
Shaving lady bits is awful. No matter what, I *always* get razor burn and/or the itches when it grows back. I would rather have a wax or use an electric razor any day.

Coke or Diet Coke...eww, it tastes so flat! I’m a Pepsi girl for sure. Although I love Cherry coke. And I will drink Diet Coke if you put some rum in it lol

@jrm_14 I bought an electric razor for my lady bits several years ago and it was the best decision I ever made! I have really sensitive skin and shaving makes me itch endlessly for daaaays. 

I love eggnog, especially with some rum in it.
I don't like energy drinks either. There are some Starbucks coffee/energy drinks at gas stations and they are soooo gross. Yuck! 
ETA: @lurvleybunchococonuts This was such a great idea! We should keep up with the themed UOs for a little while because I agree that things have seemed super slow here lately. I usually have trouble thinking of something so it's helpful to have a starting point.

Mostly a lurker because I'm currently benched, but I'm coming out of hiding for this!

Mmmm eggnog. I make my own around the holidays and it tastes like melted ice cream. Mmmmmm.

I'm not super picky, but I've scrounged my brain. Non-alcoholic -- I really don't love V8. Ice cold tomato soup, no thanks. Alcoholic: bloody marys, surprise surprise, and any of that greek/turkish/whatever liquor that tastes like licorice (ouzo, arak, etc.)

Also, I really only drink water or whole milk except for special occasions. The tooth polishing at the dentist is pretty quick!

I pretty much think anything carbonated is gross. I hate carbonation. It bothers my stomach, and now I just don't like it. I do, on the other hand, like the taste of some sodas, so my solution is to get it as flat as possible. I used to think I was just weird, but I managed to marry the only person in the whole world that also prefers flat soda, so... us against the world! Flat soda drinkers unite! (Let the community gagging commence!)

@josie12367 It's a good thing that you hate soy milk because it acts on our estrogen. Avoid as much soy as you possibly can.

@linund OMG. #1 I wish I hated carbonated drinks. Then my soda addiction could be under control. #2 EW to flat soda! Haha. I'm actually really bad about always leaving the last two sips of soda because I hate it when it's flat. Drives my H nuts because he says I waste too much soda. But I just can't do flat soda! I would rather toss it.

@jrm_14 @offtoneverland my skin is so sensitive I tried the electric razor... big side of cantanope. But I use hair removal cream.... ding! ding! ding! Winner! You get no ingrown hairs and you only have to do it once every 2 weeks.  I have super dark thick hair. Just leave it on for extra time and you're good to go.  Lazy girls guide to hair removal.

@suzycupcake yeah, I've only ever tried soy milk, and I've recently stopped drinking whole cow's milk due to the hormone factor. I've got F'd up hormones already. They need no assistance!

I used to drink soy milk a lot until I got schooled my some old lady. Never again. Cows milk I cannot drink for some reason because it hurts my stomach. I do okay with non fat on occasion but I’d rather stick with organic almond milk. I use it in cooking quite a bit.

@pensivecrayon Mmmm.... V8 that stuff for the exact reason you hate it! It's like drinking tomato soup! Although I can only stand a small amount at a time.

@lurvleybunchococonuts 16 year old me thought it was a good idea to drink whiskey with a more experienced friend one night. She made me drinks that had to be 50% crown royal. And then she convinced me to take a couple of shots. I had to leave the party before midnight, and I was sicker than I have ever been before or since. I haven't been able to touch rye or whiskey since!

@jrm_14 I knew there was a reason I liked you. LOVE me some banana milk. But don't be handing me a half a$$ attempt at a smoothly that I can still taste the chunks in it. That makes me gag. 

@lurvleybunchococonuts Cherry vodka? The thought just makes me gag. Young coconuts was adventurous lol. I don't get the appeal of coconut water either. 

 @josie12367 Love the whole milk too. I would drive my mother batty because I would drink so much of it that she had to buy more every day to keep up. 

AFM tequila, and there is no such thing as good tequila. I smell that stuff and my stomach starts looking for the emergency exit, stat! Not a fan of Captain Morgans either. The spicy stuff hits a nerve.

For me any kind of sweet wine...red or white. I can't even get it down! Dry wine for me for sure. 

@lurvleybunchococonuts and @eleven_  Gin totally tastes like a Christmas tree, but you guys seem to like that? Haha that's always the reason why I say I hate it!

All the cherry vodka haters... that ish is delicious in a cherry kamakazi or with some la Croix on a hot day.  Just saying....
