Need DR for VBAC in NOLA

I had a c-section for my first pregnancy due to my baby being breech. I would like a VBAC for this pregnancy but my current doctor delivers on the Northshore where I cannot be guaranteed a VBAC. I would like a natural water birth. Any suggestions for a doctor that delivers at Ochsner Baptist that would be supportive of these requests? I'd also be open to delivering at Touro.
