Travel Insurance?

Hey ladies, I'm leaving on Wednesday for a 2 1/2 week long trip abroad, and have started looking into travel insurance in case there are any issues and I need medical care while away from home.  I've traveled abroad a ton but I've never gotten insurance before, and looking into it has raised lots of questions.  Some don't cover pregnancy-related issues because it's a pre-existing condition, some only cover specific high-risk diagnoses... it's all kind of overwhelming.

Anyone traveled abroad during a previous pregnancy and gotten insurance?  Any recommendations? TIA!
