Pink belly?

Recently, I’ve noticed the bottom half of my belly (from navel down) is pink compared to the top half, almost like heat rash. I’m 22 weeks. Is this normal, cause for concern, or a fluke not to worry about?

Does it itch? Have you been wearing anything different on the bottom half, like maternity jeans? I feel like some of the maternity jeans’ panels I wore were itchy and the compression might leave a red mark. It might also be a reaction to laundry detergent. Some people have more sensitive skin while pregnant.

If it doesn’t bother you, personally I’d only mention it at the next doc appt if it still worries you.
