Symptoms right now?

I am 4w3 days and I feel like the symptoms have been raging this week - nausea, sore boobs, pants don’t fit - I don’t remember this happening til 6-8 weeks in with my last 2!! My husband jokes it’s twins and frankly it’s freaking me out! Is it weird to have symptoms this soon? Whats everyone else feeling right now?

This would go perfectly in our symptoms thread. No need to start a new one here, but to answer your question it's not weird to have symptoms now. I didn't have morning sickness with my last until 6 weeks, this time it started at 4 weeks. Every pregnancy is different.
