I hear you all with the work stress... I'm team zero f*cks and counting down the days until my c-section as well.
My confession is that my cat is really starting to piss me off.. Today he shit and pissed on the bed in the guest bedroom. His box is clean! I'll be damned if he gets into the baby's room and climbs all over everything with his nasty ass paws. I found an indoor electric fence on Amazon for cats and will be purchasing to keep him out of the baby's room. Sorry, I'm an animal lover, but the baby comes first...
I have issues with the app where I can’t click the back button. Pressing it does nothing. So I get to read one thread and then have to restart the app.
I'm having similar issues, though rather than restarting the app, every time I read a thread, it boots me out to the main community page and I have to reselect my bmb or group that I'm lurking. Super frustrating and annoying!

Same issue here, I discovered at the bottom of every page there is a february 2018 Moms (between home and post a reply). When you press there you go back to the discussion board.

@magnolia305 I just tap on the February 2018 Moms link under the comment box to get me back to the main board. Hope this helps!
Sorry for posting the same thing as @sweetgirlamaris. I hadn’t gotten to the second pag before replying.
Ok, my FFC a few days late. And this might get flamed, but go ahead. I have thick skin.
I can’t be happy for girls (yes girls...still living at home or with other relatives because they can make it on their own/with roommates) who get pregnant and are all excited, even though I think getting pregnant should have been the LAST thing on their minds. Yeah, I know accidents happen, BUT there are a lot of ways to prevent it from happening.
This mostly stems from a cousin of DH who is pregnant. She’s 20, lives with her grandparents, and she sees the struggle her 2 older sisters are going through after having their children.
I don’t know. Maybe it’s because I always had an order to the way my life was going to go when it came to having children, and I know every situation is different. It’s just hard to be happy/excited for them.

I 100% agree with you. I completely understand accidents happen, but i see sooo many people who are planning/ trying/ pregnant and are not married or in serious committed relationships and it bothers me. I was taught certain things come before others in life and the reasons for it. And so many studies have backed up that info. I feel bad for the babies born into situations that could have been prevented or improved before their birth.
@BrittaniLC I acknowledge that there are some young women who have their shit together enough to have a baby that young and will be ok, but your cousin doesn't sound like one of those. She's in for a reality check when that baby arrives and I hope her support system is a willing participant to help. Otherwise she's got a very long road ahead of her.
A while back on TTGP there was a girl who was about 18, not in a relationship, saying she wanted to have a baby "so bad" and there was some shaming and an intense discussion about young moms (both pro and con). The smartest reply was from a woman who, rather than just attacking her, asked questions like "Where will you live? How will you earn money? Who will watch your baby while you work or go to school? Do you know how much daycare costs in your area? How/where do you buy health insurance? etc." I hope that pointing out how much work and responsibility it is to raise a child helped this girl change her mind.
My neighbor's daughter sounds like your cousin; she's 21 and got pregnant, and my neighbor said "I'm not going to lie, I cried when I found out." She dropped out of school and doesn't have a job, and her parents said they'd "help" but they're not letting her live with them. They also both work full time so they can't watch the baby, so she's going to have to consider all those ^^ questions but I don't know if she has. My neighbor said with the abundance of birth control options she had, this must have been planned.

@BrittaniLC My only gripe about out of wedlock is those who do it intentionally to scam state help. My teaching partner is great, she's 30..has 3 kids with same guy and refuses to get married until she's done making babies because 1- she files as a single mother with one income ( thats a lie). 2- gets state insurance...everythings paid for..drs wise. 3- gets money from state. Gets WIC from state. This is what aggravates me. I'm married DH and I are both teachers with masters +45..with 5-6 years experience. We make good money, worked our butts off to get here. And are having this baby with 0 handouts. My teaching partner doesn't need state help. State helps great for those who need it...not those playing the system. I think some think its better to have kids when not married because of above perks. End rant.
@mamaof5already I’m not too sure. She does work at Kohls and I think her BF has a job as well. She’s lucky her grandma can watch the baby when she works...I don’t know any more of the specifics though. So we’ll see.
@eggplantface You are absolutely right about some 20 year olds being responsible enough to make that decision, but yes, DH’s cousin is not one of them. Thank goodness there was a kind TTGP lady who just asked all the correct questions and maybe opened the young girls eyes to the situation.
@Chawk17 Yes...This!!!! I can’t stand when people use the government assistance for the wrong reasons! Or the women who don’t work and then get a crap load of money on their tax return. They put nothing in so why are they getting anything back?!? That’s another topic of discussion though.

I'd take him to the vet. Years ago, my cat did this and it turned out he had crystals in his urine. Very common in male cats and fairly easy to treat. He had a clean litter and no history of peeing outside the box. Peeing on the bed was his way of saying, "Hey mom, something is wrong. Help me!"
@ldawngirl781 thank you for the advice. He just went to the vets, but I don't know if that's something they checked. I will have have to give them a call and see if we can get him checked. Thanks again
I don’t really care if you chose to have a kid out of wedlock. It pisses me off when people purposely have children when they cannot afford them, and have no plan in place for they will get to a point of being able to afford them.
my cousin had 3 kids as a single mom while hoping from 1 dead end minimum wage job to another. I get accidents happen but not 3 times in 5 years. Then she quit working altogether because she couldn’t afford childcare.

It would depend on why he was at the vets before, but a urinalysis is not typical with a routine checkup and that's what they would need to do to test for crystals.

I’ve had two cats that did this this for the same reason. Definitely get it checked! I also had one that was doing it out of anxiety and had to be put on meds. She immediately went back to the box after being on them. Good luck! I know it’s frustrating
