We're having a boy! My daughter opened her new Mommy Doll last night, and found she was carrying a boy baby in her sling! We were SO SURE it would be a girl, but we couldn't be more excited (now that I've had a sec to get used to it lol).
No official news yet, but we had our 12 NT ultrasound today and I got a few good looks at the "angle of the dangle" haha. My guess, and we'll see in a couple weeks if I'm right, is girl. Would love either boy or girl since I have one of each now, but I am curious to know if I am correct for #3. I am even more excited now! Congrats to everyone else who knows already!!
I had my blood draw on Dec 22 and it was returned 7 days later. Even with the holidays there was no delay, so all the ladies waiting I would call and check. I waited and called on tues because of the same reason and my Drs office was so swamped they hadn't had a chance to call Friday so I would definitely check! Thank you all ladies and congrats as well! @flockofmoosen3 lol at the angel of the dangle, curious do you think a sono before 16 weeks can really confirm gender? @sm05-2 Yay for due date twins for baby girls! We are so excited because we didn't think it would be in the cards for us to have a girl. Only boys run in my husband's line and this will be the first girl for both sets of grandparents, and first girl at all on my husband's side out if 20+ boys! Can't wait to see the reactions when we reveal to the family!
@kbernal2021 I don't know how accurate nub theory truly is--their website claims it's fairly accurate after 11 weeks and they have tons of examples so... I'm doing it just for fun since I got a couple really clear nub pictures back yesterday so I can't help but try to guess!
We wanted to do a gender reveal, with my first they waited too long to do the scan and she was too big to tell (this was 15 years ago though so a lot has changed!) and with my last we let DD and my SIL find out so they could get us gender specific items (but then we caved and looked at the envelope but didn't tell anyone that we knew!) I love everyone's ideas though! The confetti one is probably my favorite!
This time we were going to do a small gender reveal with just immediate family and a cake, but my parents don't want to know what we are having and I didn't want to do it with just my husband's family so we opted not to....but IT'S A BOY!!!

Me and DH have our anatomy scan on Feb 6. And we are having our tech put the right color smoke bombs in a bag and then having a photoshoot on the 11th. But keeping it a secret from family and revealing it at the shower! A small compromise because I don’t want to find out and DH does. :-) but now I’m super excited to find out!!
Just got off the phone with our Dr. a little while ago and we are having a little GIRL!! So excited but also wondering what in the heck I am going to do with a daughter. I thought I was destined to be a boy mom. I am ecstatic though! @amylu914 I think we are in the same boat. Same symptoms, figures we are having the same sex.

We went and had an elective scan done tonight and ITS A GIRL! Can't believe it and so excited! When I had DS I was concerned I wouldn't know what to do with a boy, now I'm feeling like I'll be in whole new territory with a girl!
This is how I have been feeling all day! Also, it's been 5 years since I had a baby so I pretty much feel like a FTM too. So exciting and so scary!

Wow I haven’t checked this thread in like a week. I totally forgot about it for some reason. HUGE congratulations to all my mamas who have found out! So exciting!! Brought me huge smiles reading each one today.
We’re having another girl! So glad for DD1 that she will have a sister so close in age and just have a sister period! I don’t know what I’d do without mine
Just got off the phone with the Dr and looks like we're having a BOY! MH doesn't know yet and man is he going to be so excited. He was convinced we were having a girl even though he really wants a boy. Last night I was talking to him about our US and I kept using male pronouns so I guess I already knew .
This is also going to be rough now because we can't agree on boy names....here we go lol
Congrats to everyone finding out! We should get results from Panorama this week but are doing a small reveal (a friend is putting it together for us) so we won't know until 1/20. I can't wait to find out!

After a long wait due to some lab issues, excited to know that the baby is low-risk for the issues tested for in the NIPT and - against all my instincts - appears to be a GIRL. Can't believe I'm one day short of 15 weeks now.
Went to my ultrasound this morning and the woman said she is pretty positive that it’s a boy, but to wait until my next appointment to announce it to the world. So I’m just announcing it to a small part of the world
I ann so happy for all of you who have found out so far!!!! Congrats all you Boy Moms and Girl Moms!!!
I cant wait to see which club I will join! At first I didn’t want to know- but now I can’t help but need to know!!! I think we find out the last weeknight January- (fingers crossed baby cooperates)
also- for those of you who have found out- did you find out right away? At the appointment or did you wait to reveal it to you and SO separately?
Argh. There was insufficient fetal DNA in my sample, so now they have to rush me in for a last minute NT scan (I’m 13wks on Friday) and then repeat the NIPT at 15 weeks. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for results and I’m going to be waiting for like 4 weeks more. Waiting is the worst!
Re: I’m just here for the SEX!
@christycalifornia Yay!! Congratulations
@kissableviv thanks! I totally thought it was a girl! A part of me wanted one of each but I'm thrilled with a healthy baby girt!
Congrats @runsomewhere!
Congrates ladies!!

@catftm2018 I just got a call from the genetic counselor with the info and then called my husband. Low key, but it worked and we were just so excited!
we are having a BOY!!!! Also, confetti Cannons never disappoint! We had no idea, and my son really really wanted a brother. It was magical.
