This week I’m getting more serious about my hydration while I’m eagerly waiting for my 32oz Nalgene to be delivered so I can try to drink three full bottles each day.
Meanwhile my vitamin intake is near 100% (as it was when we were TTC): prenatal, folate, B-complex, vitamin D, and a probiotic. Whew!
