I was thinking James! We considered Jameson with James as a nick name but my side of the family is partly Spanish speaking (I’m dominican) and I just can’t picture my mom trying to say Jameson.
@lincbeesmom, we must have similar taste! I have a John and if we have a boy, DH wants to stick with a J name. I love Jackson but second guess it because of popularity (I'm one of a TON of Jennifers). I don't care for James but for a strange reason I like Jameson. I would be the crazy "Call him Jameson" mom. Lol
We are 100% set on Jameson Matthew if this one is a boy.
Still up in the air for a girls name but we’re leaning towards Renée Elizabeth. We were pretty set on Amelia, but then completely forgot one of DH’a best friend’s daughter is Amelia, so that’s our for us.
( @JNCPro3130 we have a Jackson Allen. DH was one of six Matthew’s in any given class so he’s assured me it’s not that big of a deal. I’d never met anyone with my first name until I was a senior in high school.)
Is anyone else totally stuck on names? I feel like we have gotten nowhere. We don't have a boy or girl name that we both love. I am thinking of just waiting until after our A/S, then we only have to come up with one name.

Yep, were stuck too and decided to wait until after the 20 week ultrasound to find out the gender. That's what we did last time. And even then we didn't whittle down our list from 40 girls names to our top 5 until 2 weeks before she was born. We had 2 picks going into the hospital and chose one after she was born and we met her. My biggest struggle is boys names, so we'll see what we find out at 20 weeks!

Us! I'm waiting until the anatomy scan to get too far into name discussions.

Yup! We haven’t talked names at all this pregnancy. I have no girl names that I like. Last pregnancy (loss) we got into a disagreement about boy middle names, so I figured we would just table the discussion this time until we know what we are having.
@doraleigh35 We will use the same boy's name that we had picked out when I was pregnant with the girls, but we are totally stuck on girls' names. We had a really hard time picking out a second girls name when we found out the twins were two girls. We have a few "maybes" but nothing that we both love. We've also decided to table the discussion (read: fight) until after the AS.

@doraleigh35 We are having a really tough time as well! We know it's a boy and while we have a few ideas as can both live with we haven't found a single boy's name we really love.
@sandbar517 We had Lincoln James picked out for a boy last time and I still really like it, but I'm hung up on one thing. If we have a boy and use that name, we will have Presidents for kids. DD's first name is also the last name of another US President. That had absolutely nothing to do with why we chose it, but I feel like it's kind of weird. Maybe I'm overthinking it.
Well I definitely think presidents with Lincoln and Reagan, whereas I don’t really think of that at first with Jackson... either way it isn’t a huge deal. They are all fairly common names now.
@doraleigh35, I didn't think presidents when you said Lincoln. I don't know that I would have thought about it unless you mentioned it. Both are common children's names.
@doraleigh35 FWIW, I agree with @holli0801, I definitely think of presidents if I hear both Lincoln and Reagan, together or separately. Lincoln I think of both the president and the city in Nebraska.

@holli0801 and @sandbar517 thank you! I know people will make the association, just trying to decide if I care or not. DH is pretty set on Lincoln and he is shooting down all of my other boy suggestions. I think we will wait until after the A/S and re-visit the conversation once we know boy or girl.
+1 for zero name choices. We have a list of a dozen or so potential names for both sexes, but have yet to settle on anything. We're not even actively discussing names at this point. One of us may say randomly "what do you think of this name", the other responds, and that's as far as it goes. We are team green so the a/s won't wittle away half of the name burden, but neither of us is stressed about the name. As I've mentioned several times before, DS had a name at 16 weeks before we knew we were having a boy. DD wasn't named until she was 8 hours old as we had 2 names going into delivery. All was well with both ways, so no worries this go around.
I’m on the team green train with @suchaglencoco. I love the name Jonah but DH doesn’t like it because apparently he has a second or third cousin named Jonah. SIGH. For girls, we really like Vada, but I’m not completely settled. It’s such a big decision!

My mind immediately went to Darth Vada...so like a Bostonian darth vader.

Since Jude was vetoed I think we’ve landed on Everett if baby is a boy and Willow if a girl. We may still revisit the girl name though.
