17 weeks today, due 5/8, size of an onion/orange/pomegranate (according to other people's posts) 
What's going on this week? How are you feeling, any rants or raves? 
I feel great.  Rant- I don't want to be back to work after 5 days off.  Rave- short week and MH's cousin's wedding this weekend
Any upcoming appointments?
I had an appointment yesterday and was SO relieved to hear the heartbeat again.  Just waiting to start feeling kicks/movement now.  Next appointment is my AS on 12/20 and midwife appointment 12/27.  
GTKY: Are you finished with your Christmas shopping yet? What's the best gift you are giving this year?
Not even close.  Just started for my girls yesterday.  We bought them SO much stuff last year that I honestly don't know what's left for this year.  Have to figure out what to get my mom, and my sister and BIL.  

ETA  I think the best gift we'll give this year is a karaoke machine we're getting for the girls.  They love to sing, and I love listening to them sing (and I love to sing) so I think it will be win/win.

16weeks 4days. 5/11/18. Avacodo!!! Well maybe a bit bigger since I am getting close to 17weeks.

What's going on this week? How are you feeling, any rants or raves? 
nothing going on this week. The end of November I suppose. I feel ok, hips and pelvis hurt, I have insomnia again and also heart burn.

Any upcoming appointments?
Dec. 5th I have an OB appointment and Dec. 18th is my anatomy scan.

hahaha not at all done. Got my son an outfit and new jammies. A box of random legos, and a large toy king Kong. He's obsessed with godzilla and king Kong this yr. I plan on getting him a couple more toys to.go with king Kong. I plan on getting SO a set of dragon balls from the dragon ball cartoon. I dunno what else. Though I am going to do a gender reveal type of Xmas gift for the MIL. Otherwise I am really clueless this Xmas for gifts.

Uh yeah. Something was wrong with my blood sample so they couldn't do the genetic testing so if I want it done I have to go get my blood drawn again. I feel like I could cry.

I think I'm going to give ornaments of the AS pictures. This is for grandparents and great grandparents.

@charlestonchew Ugh, I'm so sorry your testing got f-ed up.  
@kendrajos My AS is 12/20 so I was thinking of wrapping something up for my in-laws, too, but I don't know if I feel like it HAHAHAHA  Plus, I probably won't be able to keep it a secret anyway, so there's that.

Due May 7
Feeling okay but I'll feel better when I stop eating all the carby thanksgiving leftovers.
Regular appointment tomorrow, but I'll get to schedule my AS which should be in two weeks.

All I still have to buy is stocking stuffers.  Best gift this year... DH talked me into it.  Santa is bringing a bouncy house for the boys.  They will go insane.  I predict no presents opened for hours.  They will bounce and bounce and be so happy.

17 weeks today, due May 8. Baby is pomegranate sized according to The Bump, or the size of the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch according to baby sizer.

What's going on this week? How are you feeling, any rants or raves? 

I am definitely feeling a lot better. Nausea and tiredness hit me every once in a while but not nearly as bad as before. For some reason the only thing that still consistently makes me gag is brushing my teeth, so I'm not looking forward to my dentist appointment! I have suddenly started having headaches though, which wasn't really a problem for me during the first trimester. Still no clear movement, although there's been one or two things that made me wonder.

Rant: does anyone else feel like their non-baby having friends have already started a slow fade since you got pregnant? In my case, that's basically all my friends, and suddenly I feel less included in things and it makes me sad.

Rave: I finally ordered a new mattress yesterday in a Black Friday sale and I'm sooo excited for it to come! I'm hoping it will really help me get a better sleep.

Ahahahahahaha. No. I have barely started. I am pleased a found a place at the farmer's market that will make a pair of sheepskin slippers for DH in his enormous size. I haven't even come up with ideas for everyone else.

@charlestonchew ugh that sucks so hard after you've already been waiting so long!! I hope you get it sorted out.

@thunderberry I totally feel you on the tooth-brushing. There are a lot of nights where I end up cheating and just flossing and using mouthwash because the thought of brushing my teeth is terrifying.  Also, I feel like I lost a lot of my friends that don't have kids after I had my girls, but I think it's just a natural progression.  You start to hang out with your other friends that do have kids because you have more in common, and you just don't have as much time to hang out period, so it's usually easier to schedule times to hang out when you can take the kids to a playground or something so they can be occupied while you can sit and talk.

@sandbar517 Mouth wash just grosses me out even more than brushing does so my teeth are probably just rotting from the outside in now That makes me sad about the friend thing because I don't have any friends with kids who actually live in my city. Hopefully I'll meet some mom friends once the baby comes.

I accidentally posted this in the wrong week...although it wasn't really my fault, they included my due date in the header. oops. Anyway...

What's going on this week? How are you feeling, any rants or raves?  Nausea, vomiting, constipation and tired...what else is new? Still down 23 lbs from pre pregnancy weight.  Rant: work is going to be crazy until the 15th. not looking forward to 12+ hour days, daily. Rave: but I am taking 3 weeks off after the 15th! 

Any upcoming appointments? none this week. Anatomy scan on the 15th.

ha! I haven't even started lol. Barely even begun to think about what we are getting everyone.

@thunderberry I don't have any friends in my town (we recently moved, choosing the town for the school district). So whenever I want to see my friends I have to commute btwn 45 min to 2 hrs. So I am really excited to make mommy friends in my town and not have to commute just to have friends anymore. I am still invited to friend stuff so far, but I am assuming it will drastically dwindle once I have a baby.

@kpc914 I hope you enjoy your three weeks of vacation! It's nice to have a light at the end of tunnel. Hope the next few weeks of work aren't too terrible!

What's going on this week? How are you feeling, any rants or raves? 
 went to Pittsburgh to see my nephew for a long weekend and for whatever reason (maybe the 6 hour drive, maybe sleeping at an unfamiliar house in an unfamiliar bed), I felt pretty run down while there (plus a constant upset stomach). My in-laws and DH are going back from Dec 26 -Dec 31, but I told DH I'm gonna pass. But my nephew was suuuuuper cute. It was his first bday celebration!

I had a checkup yesterday and heard LO's heartbeat. Like @sandbar517 I was very happy bc I had been nervous about a few things this past month and the reassurance was nice.

We are finished! I'm so happy. We also have a few December birthday friends and we finished getting presents for them too.

This present probably isn't the "best" one I am giving, but it is the most interesting (also will be interesting to see if DH actually likes it): I got my husband the Felix Gray computer glasses. His eyes have been bothering him from staring at a computer screen all the time at work, so I hope these help him!

@sandbar517 I was thinking a mini mouse for a girl or mickey mouse for a boy. MIL is all about Disney. Lol I think we will see them Xmas eve. But my SO is really bad about secrets. You can do it!
