@vlagrl29 Awesome! So jealous of the Gaga concert!
@majormayhem210 I'm so sorry for your loss. Sharing about my losses has been probably the most healing thing I have done. I don't know exactly how your friend feels, but for me it is helpful especially to talk with people who have had their own TTC struggles. eta because I didn't finish a thought.
  • @majormayhem210 welcome and so sorry for your loss.  The facebook ads are ridiculous- I also felt like everyone around me was suddenly pregnant while I was feeling awful.  FX your stay here is short!

  • Hi Ladies! Sorry I've been MIA this week.

    1. TTC 5.5 years - MC Nov '16, NMC Jul '17.
    2. Had my progesterone checked on Monday to confirm ovulation. I was 3 DPO and my level was 18. I started taking Estrace on Tuesday and will continue that until the day before I start stims. CD 1 should be here around the 22nd and then it's go time! I'm 6DPO today and have been feeling crampy on and off for the last couple of days. I'm not getting my hopes up that this will be a miracle cycle, but it totally would be nice.
    3. Yesterday was the death anniversary of my baby from my first loss. I took the day off of work and just took care of myself. It was a hard week leading up to yesterday and even today, as today was my D&C day. One year ago right now I was sitting in the OR waiting room just waiting for them to be able to fit me in for the procedure. Needless to say, I haven't really participated on the boards this week. I have been reading all of your updates, though :)
    4. GTKY: What's your worst habit? I don't know. Maybe my love of chips. That's a really bad habit that needs to stop. My clothes are sooooo tight.....

  • @tosh24 hugs you!  Those anniversary dates are not fun.  I’m glad to hear your plan is moving forward but hoping you don’t need it
  • I feel like there's so many new people this week. Why oh why does this keep happening to so many women. It really frustrates me. Welcome to the group to all of the new ladies out there @oldestberry @staylor3 @majormayhem210 , I wish none of you had to join us here but we're a pretty great group of ladies so at least you're in good company.
@tosh24 my heart goes out to you. Eat the extra chips this week, you truly deserve it.

(I still haven't heard a peep from my OB to reschedule my hysteroscopy, ugh)
  • @tosh24 glad you took some time for yourself this week. I hope you get your rainbow baby soon!
  • @40momma I second that. It really sucks that there are so many new people here going through this. Welcome to everyone though, you’ll definitely find that this group is super supportive.

@tosh24 sorry about your milestones. Creepy internet hugs to you. Hope you can take things easy for a while. I’m really hoping that this will be your miracle cycle!
  • @tosh24 I’m sorry about your ani this week and hope you were able to take care of yourself and find some sort of peace. All of this stuff is just so crappy.

@pumpkinpancake I love this s creepy internet hug stuff

  • Thanks ladies! Today ended up being a nightmare! Went to work because it was so early the doctor said the bleeding shouldn’t be that bad no worse then a period. Wrong! I started gushing at work and had to go to the hospital and ended up getting a partial d&c with no pain killers. Yeah, I don’t recommend that! Plus, my boss had to come get me and take me to my car( I work in a mobile grooming van so this happened mid groom.)and she didn’t even know I was pregnant till today.
  • I’m so sorry you had to go through @majormayhem210. That’s horrible
  • Oh @majormayhem210 what a nightmare!! It's so crazy what our bodies do. How far along were you?
  • @majormayhem210 What a traumatic way to have to go through an already traumatic time. Glad that you got treatment and hope that your recovery is quick. I hate how they say “it’ll be like a heavy period.” Nope! More like a “light labor.”
  • wow how crazy, but I'm glad everything is ok @majormayhem210
    Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker
  • @majormayhem210 how awful I’m sorry you had to go through that, and unexpectedly, and at work. You are a tough cookie to have the D&C no painkillers!
