Let me go ahead and beat a dead horse here with a few points: A- with my first I was a middle-of-the-month mom; second, towards the end of the month; now, I'm at the beginning of the month. While I may have been *jealous* of girls ahead of me (my words, not directed at all towards anyone) because I couldn't wait to get there, I was by no means feeling left behind. Just hated when some of my faves HAD their babies and didn't have time to bump anymore!
B- With my first I only ever had one U/S, and that was at 20 weeks. So some people may not even have them, making the point to wait null and void.
C- No one is actively trying to leave anyone out. That's just ridiculous. We all know the names we recognize on here as regular contributors, and those that just fly by and post. I try to post and comment as much as possible.
D- here, as in real life, people will have private messages and conversations going. It just happens. Get over it. If you want to talk about me, do it on whatever platform you choose.
E- If these are the battles the few of you are choosing to pick on a PUBLIC INTERNET FORUM, I cannot imagine what battles you choose to fight IRL. I hope you have tough skin.
F- @lindsayleigh1989 is one of the MOST ACTIVE members on this board, as well as one of the most supportive. She's also one of the members that keeps this board moving forward, and is typically one of the only ones to say what a lot of us are thinking.
G- Honestly, I am not a confrontational person. I get all anxious and sweaty. But after reading this conversation on the back end of things (and I don't even think I posted in this thread!) I can see why some people would feel left out towards the end of the month, but I can also see that many of them said "it's fine, we know it's not on purpose" and want to move on. Over it. No need for name calling or hostile words, particularly to more active members. Sit back, enjoy being pregnant, and stop stressing over the damn boards. It's no good for your babies!
