How are you feeling? Had major symptoms for several days, but I've felt pretty normal the past few days besides sore boobs and bloating.
Any appointments scheduled? Beta HCG was 445 on 15 dpo and today (4 weeks 4 days) is 1600. I have a ultrasound 11/16 - we were doing fertility treatment/Medicated cycles so I'm still with my RE. Possibility of twins because I had two follicles.....
Rants/Raves? Just anxious! Hoping this works out, were planning to tell family at thanksgiving.

How are you feeling? Any specific symptoms yet? When I’m first pregnant I have *tmi* diarrhea, but then yesterday it turned to constipation and gas, just like last pregnancy. So not fun.
Appts? I’ve had blood work done twice so far (waiting on second results) and have my first ultrasound scheduled for the day before Thanksgiving.
Rant- memory loss mid-sentence just like with DS. It’s the worst. Raves- DH has really stepped up to the plate since finding out.

So this morning I decided that tomorrow morning I am going to take a urine sample to the doctors. I can't wait until Friday anymore! Then I'll be able to schedule the first appointment, seeing everyone else's makes me want mine too! teehee!

I had a low dose trigger shot...but we did IVF. How are you feeling about the possibility of two?

When is a good time to start telling your family and friends?
GTKY: How did you tell your SO? I got my BFP last Thursday morning at 5am, I ran into the bedroom jumped up on the bed to wake up DH and put it so close to his face, by the time he realized what it was he was grossed out thinking it still had pee on it....once he was actually awake he was very happy and excited and in shock!
You can tell your family whenever you feel comfortable, it’s different for each person and each pregnancy I think. Some people wait because they want an ultrasound confirmation first or to see how things go, and others want to share early for support and being able to be open. There’s no right or wrong and there’s no rules. Plus you can share with some people and not others!
2nd beta was in! Because I called lol( HCG was above 6,000, did not an exact #, and progesterone went up to 21) 1st beta was 2900 HCG & 14 progesterone
My midwife said I could have a dating ultrasound to see a HB on November 22nd!
I called my doctor a few minutes ago to see if they'd tell me my HCG number. I had to run the normal work up, so I don't think they would call unless something bad was on the results. I'm feeling a little down today and just need a boost in confidence, so hopefully they will call back!

GTKY: How did you tell your SO? DH was putting in a new bathroom faucet and I was helping. Our 3yo and 14mo had to help also. My 3yo son said, "All of us are in here." I replied, "Yes, all 5 of us." (I had taken the test 4 hours earlier and that is the longest I have gone before telling him.)
@bradybunchmom89 this is my first pregnancy, so we're naive enough to be excited about the possibility of two I only want two kids, so it would be nice to only have to be pregnant once! Hoping we can tell on my ultrasound next week. What about you - what is your chance of multiples with ivf?

Mine is a very small chance -- only if it splits since they put one embryo on. I have had 3 c-sections so twins are just not in the cards for my body. I don't think you should feel naive! Be excited! You have earned it.

GTKY: How did you tell your SO? So I have two kids from a previous marriage but this is his first biological. I bought him a couple dad books and wrapped them up for him. After opening them, he was really confused and asked why I got him parenting/pregnancy books. I pulled out the tests and he was like whattttt. Then he cried.
I was feeling very mild cramps, some nausea here absolutely there. Also I get super hot at times. Other than that- nothing else!

Yes- my first is November 20- though I’m nervous it will be too early to hear the heart beat.

So when I woke up to pee(first sign) at 5:30am I quickly made a sign that said “Daddy, it’s a really good thing you started painting my room! ....loading!!

GTKY: How did you tell your SO? Well let me start by saying this pregnancy wasn't planned....I told him I was a week late and was going to buy a test. I brought it home and stared at it for 2 days (counting on my faithful period to come through for me) before we both broke down and I took it. I peed in a cup and ran and hid under the covers like a baby while he took the tests (the FRER 2 pack with the lines plus the digi). We both already knew in our hearts at this point that I was. We were just scared to have it confirmed. More so me. I was scared. He came out of the bathroom and said are you ready to know and told me it's a "yes." I started bawling. Out of fear and joy and all the emotions that came to the surface I had been holding in. He was excited and very happy which was shocking to me. I thought he was going to freak out. All of this happened last Friday so we've had a few days now to process things. He's actually on cloud nine right now and has been very calming and reassuring. He's been great. So like I said above, we're in our blissful bubble at the moment.
@coco2787 - From what the nurse on my PCP team told me, the coordinator will basically help choose my OB with being able to discuss my wants/needs/interests, medical history, and walk me through the process of maternity care. Probably much, much more, but all that information is on the way too me. She'll basically help me start out the process to everything. Which is pretty nice. There will also be general lab work, a dating ultrasound, and then setting up to OB appointment. I am pretty excited, as this doesn't seems so stressful, at least not to me. I have insurance through Group Health Cooperative in WI, and they coordinate OB care at Meritier hospital here, so most of their OB's are located at Meriter. So this will probably make the transition easier of both parties. Once I have the appointment I will do an update!

How are you feeling? Any specific symptoms yet? Feeling great! I was only exhausted for two days. My breasts are sore, and swollen. I bought a pack of unattractive soft bras on Amazon and they have saved my mood. I can smell lidded candles from multiple feet away, and all food & drink are super appetizing.
Any appointments scheduled? Nope, waiting on my OB-GYN's office to call. Collecting all of my calm to not be a crazy person.
Rants/Raves? BLOAT. I mostly eat real food, little no junk/processed/fast food. But I am already so fluffy. I like going to the gym five days a week but I don't fit in my sport bras or pants anymore I didn't think that my body would change so quickly. I'm going to go thrift shopping for larger workout clothes after the holiday.

GTKY: How did you tell your SO? I was upstairs testing while he was downstairs making breakfast and talking on the phone. He knew AF was a little late, but that's normal enough. I knew he was talking to a family member, so I didn't say anything yet. "I'll tell him when he's off the phone" turned into "I'm hungry, I'll tell him after breakfast." So after eating I showed him the clipboard (that I use to track my ovulation strips, progesterone levels, and pregnancy tests), and showed him the pale second line. He was extra reserved, because we don't want to get too excited, this will be our first. Two weeks later, he's happy and excited
